I eventually placed an order for some IEMs that review really well on many sites, but are not easily available.
The order I placed arrived in a reasonable amount of time with no issues. I just wish their order tracking updated a bit more frequently - three days between some of the updates seemed too long.

"I purchased a pair of interconnects which I had difficulty fully pressing in due to a tight fit. I briefly described my problem to HiFiGo Customer Service (CS) and requested advice. CS was very response and polite and requested a more detailed description of my experience even a video if possible. I provided a rather full text description and was soon informed it would be passed to the manufacturer for review and evaluation. A day or two later I received a reply presumably from the manufacturer via CS but it was not helpful even apparently presuming ignorance on my part. I felt somewhat insulted as it suggested the problem may be one of rust on the interconnects which of course I would have noticed even suggesting I should press harder even though I made it clear in my full description why doing so was impossible to perform. I did not have the impression the manufacturer gave much time or effort to my concern. I am glad to say though the problem may have resolved itself by other means and may not even have been a problem at all as I may have misjudged the fullness of the connection. In sum however I am happy to do business with HiFiGo and hope I will do so in future as I am happy with the quality and cost of my current purchases and with CS. Cheerios"

"I bought a leather case for a FiiO BTR5, and unfortunately it turns out HiFiGo did not have it in stock. When I reached out to customer support about it, they were very polite and quick to respond, and my refund was issued quickly.
However, I wish the case would've been listed as "Backordered" or "Out of stock" on the product page. I didn't know it was backordered/out of stock until I reached out to customer service after it had been about a week and no notification that it had shipped. I shouldn't have had to be the first one to reach out about my order.
