In my opinion you should purchase a specialized product, like a helmet from a company that is better suited to provide you with the correct product. They sell only quality brands and you can't find better service and selection.Once you get past the challenge of buying the correct size, Helmet City is the best option for purchasing a helmet."

I ordered my helmet here and it takes them 3 business days before it gets shipped. The helmet is too small (even though I measured and used their sizing chart) so I ordered the next size up. Another 3 business days before it gets shipped out. When I get it the larger size fits smaller than the smaller size does, so I call them and order a different brand. I shipped the other 2 helmets back to them on my own cost, they were both received on Monday. Now Wednesday I call them to find why I haven't been refunded yet. I am told they only do refunds on Mondays, so now I have to wait another week to be refunded. Problem is that its the end of the month and my credit card is due, so now I have to pay the bill on 3 helmets, 2 of which were returned. BTW I got my 3rd helmet and it still doesn't fit, but I refuse to pay the return shipping and play the "wait till we feel like refunding you game with them". Also worth noting that while the company is located on the west coast they ship their items from the east coast, so take that into account of the shipping time. Also worth noting that every time I called customer support the help was very curt and disinterested with my issues. All in all a huge waste of time and money. "
