I bought a leopard motor (LBP3660-B-4650-2D) from helipal they sent me the wrong motor LBP3660-4650-2D) not sealed as I paid for, i wrote an email and they didn't respond until I contacted them on the phone (yes, I called them to China) then they sent me an email saying they were sorry but not looking for a solution, pulling that they are humans and we all make mistakes, after a back and forth and me telling them that i was going to do this, leave a bad review in every single site i could, then they accepted to get the motor back and send me the right one that suddenly went out of stock. So i gave them a few solution that could work for them and for me because sending the motor back to china is more expensive than the motor itself. When everything was looking to have a solution good for both they sent me an email telling me that the motor they sent me could be use n the same application than the one that I paid for.
I hope the rest of the reviews here are from there friends because my shipping took almost a month, they didn't care about the customer. i wont buy anything else from them even if they are the only people having it.
They are not a good company, no good customer care, no respect for people."

"I ordered a Walkera V450D01 V2 from Helipal via PayPal using my bank debit card. After taking $450 USD out of my account, they said they cannot verify my identity (because my email address was not verified with PayPal, even though they already had my money!) and refused to ship nor refund my money. So I filed a claim with PayPal. After getting notice from PayPal, HeliPal said they would send the order and send extra items if I canceled the claim with PayPal. I reluctantly canceled the claim, not knowing I could never reopen it, and had them ship. I received the order with a busted switch on the Devo 10. The box had no damage but the plastic over the radio was not snapped in, perhaps from someone testing it. HeliPal wanted me to PAY to send the defective radio back (from US to HK). After many emails back and forth, they agreed to send a new switch with connector and spare parts to cover my cost of having hobby shop install. Received new switch w/o connectors and now have to pay more to have someone smolder it in. Even with the extra spare parts, this was not worth buying out of the country. HeliPal is one of the WORST companies thaT I have ever dealt with! They did not keep any of their promises and took the cheapest way out every time. This is probably not the kind of company Walkera wants representing itself. I only wish there were more US resellers or retailers of this product."
