"I ordered an item that cost around $70. I paid $80 for overnight shipping. I recieved the package 5 days later. I could understand ONE extra day depending on what time an order was placed but 4 days?? What is the point in spending for overnight shipping? I will NEVER use this company again and will be sure NEVER to recommend them to anyone. "
“You placed your order late on a Thursday night. We shipped it Friday and it was delivered on Monday - FedEx tracking number 717738598077. Our Shipping Policy clearly states that expedited orders are not delivered on weekends.”
