"It's been almost 2 wks. since my order was placed & I've had to make three calls to the HealthSuperstore customer service to get the missing items sent. All items showed as being in stock when I ordered & claimed to be in the package according to the packing slip. They continue to claim everything was in stock & blamed it on UPS, but I'm still missing six items. They now claim to of resent them, but nothing yet! This also happened the last time I used them, so needless to say this will be the last time I use them. I'd rather pay a few dollars more & get my entire order using another website without the hassle. "

"I ordered 2 bottles of Genestra Amino L-Tyrosine and UNDA Gammadyn from healthstore.com. Though the prices offered are good but I was very disappointed when I received my order. Both of my Genestra Amino L-Tyrosine bottles have an expiry date of 07, 2012. I placed my order on May 10, 2012 and received them on May 14, 2012. That means the tablets will expire in less than 3 months. I feel expiry date should be mentioned on the site so that customer knows what he/she is spending her money on."
