"I live in Az so I choose to order from websites that are located near AZ. This outfit gives 2 addresses, CA and NV so I ordered thinking it would be a couple days to receive my order. They only offered "Standard Shipping" so I called to see how my order was shipping, I was told UPS Ground from PA and it would be 4-10 days. I was not happy at all, but I knew UPS Ground should be 3-7 days so when the tracking was available I found it wasn't shipped UPS Ground it was shipped UPS Sure-Post which is the slowest possible way to ship. So it doesn't ship from the West Coast, it ships from as far East coast as you can get and it ships by the slowest method possible. Also beware of their return policy....25% restocking fee + an $8.00 handling fee. HealthSuperstore.com will never get my business again!

In order to keep the cost per bar as low as possible, I ordered quiet a few to get over the free shipping threshold. I'm surprised by the speed of the standard shipping. I received my package in 2 business days. There's also a twitter page where I found a coupon code to apply to my order to lower the cost even further which is a +++. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with this merchant."

Even though it wasn't overnight two weeks to ship a product thats in stock is entirely way too long and typically when shown the shipping option it states about how long that method will take. I assumed it would take about 3 days after processing and that the product would still be usable, however it wasn't.
