"I ordered an item listed as on backorder from their website. I received an order confirmation as well as a notice the item was backordered. A couple weeks later I received another e-mail letting me know the item was still backordered. About a week later I received an e-mail from their customer service saying the manufacturer was on backorder and they would refund my money or I could continue to wait, I opted to wait. A couple weeks later I received the item well packed and will make a good addition to my work gear.
