"Half Price Car Audio has Excellent Service"

"I've tried for nearly a month to try to get them to ship 10 sets of gold speaker pins to me. I called them several times to find out the status of the order. First I was told that the items were back ordered, but another color (crome) was available and they would be shipped out that day. A week later after not receiving the items I called again, this time I was told that the items had shipped but they could not provide me with a tracking number. So I gave them another week then I called again, this time they told me the items had not shipped because they had not received payment for them. I then canceled the order and asked for a refund. I'm not sure if this company is fraudulent or just poorly run but I finally received my refund on February 5, 2011 after filing a dispute with PayPal. I ordered this item on January 9, 2011 and used PayPal and it was charged to my credit card the next day so I know that they received payment for this item. Beware ordering from this company and be sure to use PayPal if there is a problem."
