Terrible Company

"I have been waiting for over two months to get delivery of "IN STOCK" shorts. I keep checking and keep getting the same asinine answer:
"We apologize for the delay. We are in the process of relocating our fulfillment center and this is causing some unexpected delays. We will send your information to a specialist to have this looked into and get the order shipped to you as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks"

They can repeat this excuse a thousand times and it doesn’t change the fact that an order is taking 1-2 MONTHS to be delivered!

In my working life I worked for two different companies that shipped BILLIONS of dollars worth of product every year. We were constantly moving and expanding distribution centers, upgrading computer systems and adding/deleting SKU’s. We never missed a beat. I don’t understand how anyone can stay in business missing months worth of shipments.

In my knowledgeable opinion, the person in charge of this should be fired. This is incompetence and gross mis-management of the highest degree.

I will NEVER, NEVER do business with them again!

Bad service

"Placed an order 5/27/21 never received. Called 4 times no information other than their warehouse moved and it should only be 3 weeks. Called 7/2/21 for status was told it was on back order. I wss never notified about the backorder. I will never shop with them again. "

"I waited more than one month to get my shipment and it was wrong.
I order boots size 8 and got size 10 and one shirt is missing.
They charge $10.00 extra to send the merchandise back to them.....

Questionable shipping department

"I ordered from Haband 2 times. The first time the shipping was a little sluggish I thought. This last time, I have been waiting 22 days for 4 blouses that they already charged me for. Now they say 2 to 3 more weeks before they will ship because of Covid. That means 6 weeks to receive 4 blouses that are in stock.
Sounds like B.S. to me!!!!!!!!

Very long wait

"I've ordered from Haband several times, because their clothing is good quality. You have to be prepared to practice patience while waiting for your items to arrive. With my last order, which I placed in mid-March, the items that were in stock arrived about 17 days later. One back ordered item arrived in early May, and two other items are expected to arrive in late June. I know it could actually be longer than that though. It's not unheard of to wait as much as 6 months. "

Worst company

"I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 5/10/ 21 online and there was no notice that the company was moving warehouses. I go back to check the status a week later and they are showing a shipping delay due to moving warehouses. I called on 5/17/21 and the status was the same so I spoke to a rep and wanted to cancel my order and they tell me they are about to ship them out. I said cancel my order and they did not want to until I threatened legal action. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in 62 years and I strongly recommend you do not ever do business with them because you will not be happy."

THEY ARE SCAMMERS, BUYER HAS BEEN WARNED

"Ive ordered from them twice, my first order i ordered 1-pair of pants. I did recieve the pants but about a month later. But then i noticed they had charged my card for several types of memberships, and customer fees continously for weeks. So i called my credit card company and they took all excess charges off. I gave Haband benefit of doubt and thought maybe i accidently checked some box. Now a couple months later ive ordered $160 worth of pants, (6-pair) i have finally recieved my order and they only sent me 2 out of 6 pair of pants i ordered and they charged me for 6-pair.

Bottom line, this company is a scam. You place an order and they charge you for all kinds of scam type things, memberships, customer fees, they take atleast a month to send you something, and its not gonna be what you ordered or all your items. They do that so they can claim its a mistake, and not go to jail for straight theft. I bet there not in business much longer, and i bet some there will be going to jail.

worst experience of my life!

"ordered 2 prs sneakers april 24th, may 4 still no communication could not track on line,. called and spoke to Jose- worst rep ever. claimed sneakers in process of shipping so could not cancel. asked for mgr,. told me they were too busy to speak with me. and if i didn't want sneakers to return them. received email today sneakers shipped last night at 11- hmmm i spoke to him at noon. grrrr they took money out of my bank of course. called back spoke to supvr Paul-= he was no help either. i asked for a full refund and told him i was going to refuse the shipment. he told me no you cannot do that because it might not come back to us. you must follow directions to ship it back- which costs 9.99! at this point is when my temper was out of control. why should i have to go out of my way for something that was not my fault. if Jose had done his job this would not be happening. so now supposedly they have noted my account top refund my purchase plus shipping. stay away at all cost from this company!!!!!"

Order never processed and customer service terrible

"I ordered clothing on April 11, 2021 from Haband. Per Haband's website the order should be processed and sent within 2 business days. As of April 16, 2021 the order still shows in processing. I had called their customer service on 4-15-2021 and was told it was being shipped on that date and I would get an email stating shipment and would receive the order in 8-10 days. I called again on 4-16-2021 since it still shows "in process" and I never got and email. I said I wanted to cancel the order and was told they could not cancel it and it would be shipped and the only thing I could do is return it after I received it in, now, 11-14 days, and pay for their shipping label. I should be able to cancel, per their website, as it still shows in processing; not shipped. I was also told the orders are taking longer because they are changing warehouse locations. One conflicting story after another with Haband! This is a horrible company to deal with! Never order anything from them!!! I am in contact with my credit card company to dispute and stop the charges.

Absolutely horrible service

"I ordered 2 shirts they took the $$ immediately 8 days later had to call to find out order still hadnt shipped tried to cancel order was told no they couldnt do that asked for mgr was told there was none on duty was suppose to take 6-8 days to arrive once shipped took over 2 weeks. Terrible quality. Will never order from them again"

Shouldn't be in Business

"Back in early January I ordered two pair of pants (identical except for color). I got one of them. The second was supposed on back-order until the end of that month. It is now more than three months later, and I still do not have the second pair of pants. This company keeps sending me brand new catalogs, which always contain the very same pants (in the same color) I've been waiting for all this time. Their excuse is that catalogs are printed several weeks ahead of time, so that's why the pants are still in there. B.S.! I just got a new catalog today (MORE THAN THREE MONTHS after they were supposedly out of stock), and they are STILL advertising this pair of pants, obviously hoping to get more people to buy them even though they're never going to receive them. If a company does not have an item (and apparently is not ever going to have it), they should not be trying to sell it and taking money for it. This company should be put out of business for its scammy behavior."

"I ordered moccasins and they are very cheaply made. They don't even match! Sent 3 emails to Haband regarding this and gotten no response. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I will never order anything from them again! Don't waste your money!!"

Return Policy

"I ordered two shirts for my husband. First of all I never received a confirmation email that my order was placed. The only way I knew the order was placed was because the charge appeared on my credit card. I had no way to track it either. We received them but the 3x is too short. It isn't fair that I have to pay to ship back because they don't have the correct dimensions on their website. I would have exchanged them but they don't offer a Tall. Poor customer service and I will not recommend or every shop off their website again. "
