Turns out because I live in Atlanta I only receive a 3G signal. What I appreciate about GSM nation is that they gave me a follow up call and asked how I like the phone. I explained the problem to them, and they took the time to give me the proper information about t-moblie & Solavei"s 4G LTE system that the people at Solavei could not tell me. I was a little confused as to how to install my SIM card but I figured it out on my own. I also would have appreciated more feedback on the types of phones that are eligible with your phone service.
