I ordered a Christmas gift on Grabcart, based partly on the positive reviews on resellerratings. However, when I placed my order, it was sent to another website. The gift never came, despite multiple phone calls to confirm. When I called to complain, they tried to ask for more money. SO BEWARE when buying from grabcart, you never know what company will end up servicing your order!"
