"Be sure your order is not placed through Instrument Pro. I had a hard time with a cancellation request after I placed my order and found out the item was on back order of over a month. GrabCart eventually helped resolve it but were slow to respond initially."

"BUYER BEWARE. Grabcart does not appear to sell anything directly. Anybody can sign up for a seller account on their site. I ordered a Christmas gift on Grabcart, based partly on the positive reviews on resellerratings. However, when I placed my order, it was sent to another website. The gift never came, despite multiple phone calls to confirm. When I called to complain, they tried to ask for more money. SO BEWARE when buying from grabcart, you never know what company will end up servicing your order!"

"Placed an order on December 1st and I have not recived any kind of information, no order status, no shipping information, no package... Nothing.

I have attempted to Email GrabCart.com and the Seller with NO Reply. I Have tried to call the seller but nobody answers.

The product I ordered has magically vanished from their catalog. I am starting to think I got ripped off.

I'm going to file a complaint to my credit card company.
