"DO NOT ORDER. I called Grabcart before I ordered to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. I was promised personally that I would receive the item pictured and assured it was in stock. THEY JUST SENT YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT TO SEND. NO REFUND OF SHIPPING WRONG ITEM. RIP OFF!!"

"Product advertised on website as a case of 48. Order 2 cases, but received 2 products instead. Customer service verified the website stated the price was for a case of 48, but refused to honor that price. After I turned down their offer of a %15 discount they said my only recourse was to return the item. Their return policy states that the customer must pay return shipping before receiving the refund. One week later, the item is still listed on the website as a case price."

"If you're thinking of purchasing from GrabCart or Unbeatable Sales, just don't do it.

I originally purchased an item, but never received it. After 2 weeks I called Unbeatable Sales. I'm not sure of the relationship between the two, but if you make a payment for a GrabCart item through PayPal, it goes to Unbeatable Sales. I guess Unbeatable Sales is either a parent company or fulfills the orders. I was told that my item had shipped, but UPS had not yet updated the tracking information. I asked for that tracking number and read it back to confirm that I had written it down correctly. The tracking number was invalid. Normally the ground shipments contain 18 characters/digits and I had only been provided with 17.

After a few more days, I then sent an email to Unbeatable Sales asking for the status. That was then forwarded to a GrabCart Rep who said that the order had not been confirmed in the system and that I needed to make a payment for the order. At this point I knew I had been lied to about the item being shipped and had been provided with a phony tracking number. I then told them that I had already made the payment through PayPal and forward the PayPal receipt as a confirmation. The GrabCart Rep then informed the Unbeatable Sales Rep that the order had now been confirmed. The Unbeatable Sales Rep was then unable to find the order in the system. The GrabCart Rep then processed the order again, but the Unbeatable Sales Rep was still unable to see the order. At this point, 12 business (16 normal) days had passed and the order still had not shipped. I then demanded that the order be canceled and a refund issued. After this point all communication ceases.

Since I could no longer get a response, I filed a dispute with PayPal. After getting no response there, I escalated the dispute to a claim so that PayPal could review and resolve this. Almost a month after I placed the order, it was PayPal who decided to issue a refund.

I do not recommend that anyone use GrabCart or Unbeatable Sales. I read the report here about someone else not receiving an item. This looks more like a habit than a onetime deal. If you must purchase from them, please use PayPal. At a minimum your payment information stays secure and you have a way to get your money back if you never receive your item.

"This site is bogus. Anybody could claim they sell stuff on here without any prior verifications. The person I bought my product through flat out took my money and ignored me for the last two weeks. DO NOT BUY STUFF THROUGH HERE!! Now I have to get my money back from paypal. although I've spent countless time sending e-mails to the sales team they still were not able to resolve my issue. This site sucks, bad.."

"I ordered a Polaroid i835 Lime ~ 8.0 MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom from this site and it is the best camera I've ever used, even if I've only had it for a couple of hours haha.

I had a few questions when purchasing this camera and all were answered fast. I received my camera BEFORE the estimated delivery date, which was awesome.

The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the condition that the seller said the camera was in. It said "new" on the site, but when I looked on the side of the box, it said "refurbished."

The camera looks bran spanking new though and everything works perfectly. I guess it's okay...Some even say refurbished might as well be new, right?

Overall, I'm tickled pink with this camera. It also takes amazing photos, one snap and you've got a clear, crisp picture. Even if the object is in motion, it comes out wonderfully! Also, I took a picture in pitch black outside and it came out bright as if it were day.

I recommend this site to anyone who wants a cheap camera, with high quality (and if you love lime green). $53 for 8.0mp is a pretty dang good deal, if you ask me. Although, if you by a digital camera, ask the seller if it's refurbished. ;)

"This is an update to the review below. Upon posting this review I was contacted by GrabCart to get more details on my dealings with their member, instrument pro. GrabCart dealt with the 3rd party dealer directly and expedited my refund the same day. Grab Cart's customer services was excellent and very helpful.


Old review:
It's true, GrabCart doesn't sell directly, only forwards orders to other retailers. Be sure to check review of the seller. i was almost a victim of bait and switch - the company (InstrumentPro) claimed that the item wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available until July, and then proceeded to offer me more expensive items. When I asked to cancel my order they were very rude and hung up on me.
