Delivery members arrived over 2 weeks later to do the install (installation fees = $145 extra that i already paid) for without ANY of the install pieces required to do the install (that I purchased as part of the same order). Left a un-useable washing machine and dryer and broken door. No one has contacted me like they said they would to reschedule the install with my entire order this time, and terrible customer support trying to get in touch without anyone to reschedule.

I feel scammed, and now going who knows how much longer it will be until my order that I purchased expedited shipping for is finally fulfilled and I have an installed washer/dryer."
