Since writing it, during the installation of the microwave, I came to find out that this seller had substituted a cheaper model with no notification and while still charging for the more expensive model. Work had to stop as the dimensions and trim kit are different. Unacceptable and borderline fraudulent.

"I started a kitchen renovation almost 3 months ago and was not able to find the dish washer I wanted for my kitchen locally or online. I placed an order for a Bosch 300 with Appliances Connection the first of July and was given wonderful information about back orders etc. I even tried upgrading to a Bosch 500 but they were on hold. The company was proactive to let me know of changes that were beyond their control because of COVID which I appreciated. I called Jack at AC to discuss my waiting 3 months for the dish washer I wanted. Jack was so helpful and admitted that it was almost impossible to get the Bosch in esp Black Stainless and the 800 series I asked about. Jack picked up on that I also liked the black stainless Kitchen Aid dish washers. He told me I had a better chance of getting it and knew there were arriving soon. We placed the order and he gave me the second week of September for the delivery. However, 6 days (Aug 16th) after talking to Jack, they delivered my new beautiful Kitchen Aid and I found out it had the biggest 3rd rack of all dish washers & had sprayers to wash that rack which made me happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH JACK, for helping me get the dish washer to complete my kitchen and it was black stainless like my other appliances!!! Kudos to all the workers (Including Marta & Monica) who always answered my numerous online messages quickly during this process!!!!
