Terrible - Simply Terrible

"Placed an order for some Glock Magazines - straightforward - right? Wrong!
No updates, no contact, no one answers you and no order updates!
They tell you how hard it is due to Covid but make no effort to remedy the situation.
Do NOT place orders with this outfit.

Do NOT order from this company

"Do NOT order anything from this company. They do not update their website with availability. So you waist your time placing an order, expecting it to be in stock and shipped. After they charge your credit card for almost the full amount, they notify you the items are not available. And it says after 30 days, they would have to re-charge your credit card. Problem is, they've already charged you almost the full amount. Happened to me on the last 2 orders. So now you have to try and contact them to get your money back. Forget about calling their 800 number. It will leave you on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnect. There's a recorded message with the Covid excuse, which basically means in 11 months of Covid, they haven't figured out how to answer their phones or update their website with availability. It's insane that they think it's OK to mislead us and hold onto our money, while they fail to get theitems in stock. Then they expect us to put in more effort and time to get our money back."

LISTS PRODUCTS IN STOCK WHICH ARE NOT

"List products in stock then after placing order a day later you get an email item not in stock. Company makes it impossible to cancel order. They tell you in a recorded message when you call up that after 20 minutes the phone will hang up if they don't answer. Phone hangs up in 10 minutes. They make it impossible to cancel order of stuff they don't have. This **** should be in jail."

"HORRIBLE will never order again Ethan was just arguing with me about my gun on the phone total BS Ethan is an egotistical **** who thinks he knows everything about guns. shipping took forever customer service took for ever they literally didnt do anything right i get my part in later then they said it would and it wasnt even the right part so i try to return it and they say i have to pay for the shipping a bunch of scam artists!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM go support literally anyone else they dont care about you they just want your money"

Buyer Beware RMA denied on faulty part

"I understood the fulfillment wait time, that is clearly stated up front. Also the instruction videos are quite good. But I then got a faulty product (Glock 43 extended slide release), Customer Service (Joe) was contacted (after more wait time), but a replacement was denied, because of this, that, and the other reason. I had nothing to lose at that point, so took 2 needle nose pliers to reshape the "nothing wrong with it" part. It took more time, trial and error, and comparing to the original, but it now works as it was intended. The end where the finger pushes up was pinching the gun body so the slide was not easily moved (I splayed it out,) and the whole end was bent inward slightly as well, causing multiple friction points along the length of it inside the gun. I don't think having to DIY the fit of gun parts is what they advertise - did I miss that somewhere? So much for the 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee, since it was delivered yesterday. All I wanted was a replacement. Was that too much to ask? Review on GS website missing, so there is that as well - can't have any low ratings I guess. Given that story, you decide if it is worth the risk to do business with them. I know I'll be looking elsewhere."

Unreachable customer service

"I Wished I looked at the reviews sooner. I expected a better run operation from Lenny Magill. Placed an order 4 days ago, website says order "Pending fulfillment". Called 4 times, waited for over 20 minutes on each call then was dropped. live chat doesn't work, they don't respond to emails in a timely fashion. I don't expect my order to be shipped the same day, but asking when I can expect my order should be this difficult.
This will be the last time I will ever do business with them again, and will let people know they need to be aware of their business practices.

Lenny get your business in order, you're a great presenter, speaker, and I've enjoy all your videos, but I never expected the lack of being able to contact, or speak to anyone.

Do Not Use These Guys!

"The Glock Store has terrible customer service. It is almost like they are running a scam. Ordered 3 parts and the original order was shipped with only two of them. After two months time they shipped the last part the wrong color. They require you to call them to return an order to get a RMA#. HOWEVER, they NEVER answer the phone! I don't usually write a review but this place is a joke! BUYER BEWARE..... Before the Glock Store starts with giving excuses, get an answering machine! Its a SCAM folks!
Also: The picking ticket says 5-1-2020 and I just received the last part 6-15-2020

Worst company ever.

"No phone support. Limited email support. They say on their site that all of these various items are in stock. Yet, a day after ordering you’ll receive an email saying you’re entire order is out of stock and they are waiting on their vendors. Just go to brownells or MidwayUSA. Their sites show actually I inventory and they ship same day. Glockstore will not respond to me. I have filed a charge back with the credit card and a lawsuit in small claims count for my $500 order that they will not refund. This company y is a joke. Stay away!"

I have been waiting 15 days for my order ... and they never did I had to ask for the money back ... however on ebay I got everything of the same quality cheaper and I It arrives in 3 days ...
