Horrible customer service!

"Just kids with a computer telling them all they know. Had a backorder but they can’t tell me anything about how long it will be! Kids with a computer not wanting to talk to customers, they hide behind the online barrier! Disgusting people & company! "

Shipped Wrong Item

"I ordered a MBX Glock mag extension for a 17 round mag. They shipped me an extension with a spring for a 31 round mag. Instead of shipping me the correct spring they wanted me to return everything, let them process the return then ship me the correct item. They said they would do me a "favor" by paying for the return shipping, something they don't normally do. I opted to return the item for a refund and purchase somewhere else as I did not have weeks to spare before I needed this item. They then did not credit me back for the shipping costs, only the item itself. "

Not Following Their Own 7-10 day refund policy, deletes accounts, keeps money

"Terrible place. Placed numerous orders with two shipping options given. USPS Priority for $8 or Fedex Express 3 day for $10. All the orders I paid the extra for Fedex, yet they shipped all of them by USPS and kept my difference in shipping price. I had to fight them numerous emails to finally get the difference in shipping refunded. Now I am dealing with them on returns. They have had 3 returns delivered a month ago and no refund or acknowledgement that its being processed. I decided to dispute all 3 orders on my credit card showing proof of return to their address. Still waiting for that process to go through but in the meantime the Glockstore has conveniently removed my login information so I can no longer follow my return status, place future orders, etc. Clearly done because I disputed the charges. Talk about **** poor customer service. First stealing money by shipping a cheaper method than what was paid for, not processing returns within their 7-10 day policy, then deleting your online access when you dispute the charges for items returned and in their possession. Never again!"

Glock Store is a Scam

"They don’t honor their 30 day money back warranty if you have a defective part or just if you’re unsatisfied. They told me many different lies on 3 phone calls and hung up and told me that they won’t do business with me anymore. They also deleted my account on their web site. Stay away from them!!"

Terrible Customer Service

"My package was lost by USPS, I reported it to the glockstore and they said it would be about two weeks for them to resolve the issue. It's been over a month now and they won't answer my emails or phone calls. I've tried communicating with them and I get no response. Don't buy from the glockstore they have terrible customer service. "

Below Average At Best

"I made 2 separate purchases for parts for my new glock 43x Mos. Both made 1 day apart. 2/4 & 2/5 of 2023. First off, it takes them 4-5 days after ordering for them to "Fulfill" your order and mail it out. Then they charge you USPS pricing for delivery, they do provide a tracking number. First package arrived as scheduled. Second package did not. USPS says it was delivered, but package was not in my mailbox. I contacted customer service via email. First response said their system was down and they would get back to me ASAP. I went out of the country for 1 week, they emailed me a response that they would investigate. I waited a couple more days and asked for a refund or credit so I can re-purchase my missing items. The told me "No" they are filing a claim with USPS and would have to wait 14 business days for the result of the claim investigation. My logic, great, you wait for your claim. But give me, the customer the product I ordered or give me store credit to make the same purchase again. Still "No" thats not how they do things. Well, you won't have to worry about that with me going forward. You've lost a customer."

Safety & fitment issues with GSX100

"I purchased two (2) GSX100 frames. The holes for the trigger pin and the locking block pin were NOT placed correctly. The metal frame rails are sharp and cut into the slide. The rear rails are also not square with the frame. The rear frame rails are also too high and do NOT allow the striker to contact the trigger bar sufficiently which allows for premature release of the striker, or with tolerance stacking can and does in some cases cause the striker to miss the crucifix on the trigger bar completely so the gun will not fire. Also, the fit of the magazine release is poor as the lower front portion of the release stands proud of part of the frame on the right side which creates a sharp edge and looks bad. The frames came with a note mentioning the user might have to file the locking block or frame with the "included" file which was not included. It turns out the holes were much too far off for the average user to fix and in my opinion, most gunsmiths would not be willing to modify the locking block or frame as much as is necessary for assembly. I realize "it was designed to be tight", but I doubt it was designed so the holes do not align with the locking block. Although I was eventually able to get the locking block installed with the locking block pin and the trigger pin, the interreference is too tight for the pins to be removed without a hammer the way Glock intended and stock Glocks can be. The funny thing is the holes actually fit too far loose without the locking block in the frame. My guess is the holes have been enlarged slightly oversize in order to accommodate the poor placement of the holes which do not align correctly with the block. I watched the product video prior to purchasing and heard words such as "we did a damn good job" and "it's a high end mold" only to be disappointed in fitment issues I would not associate with the comments in the video."

Incompetent and no customer service whatsoever

"Purchased a pyramid trigger kit on 3/31, and I've called them every month asking for a status update on when I'd receive it. Every time I'd get the same answer "It's not being built, and we don't know when it'll be built, and we can cancel the order for you if you want".

That's NOT what I wanted, I wanted the stupid trigger kit I ordered, but the last two reps I spoke with literally said "Look it's been almost 5 months, I would just cancel it, I don't think we have any intention of actually fulfilling the order at this point"

Thanks for wasting my time, Glock store. I will never purchase another item from them, and you shouldn't either.

I have thrown away a couple of there pyramid kits literal “JUNK”
They were very rude to myself and a few of my friends and family, it just took a few conversations with other Glock owners to see that absolutely none of us would purchase anything from this outfit again. I rarely give negative feedback but in this case it’s warranted.

Scam operation.

"Customer service rep actually lied about their return policy. Arrogant and condescending attitude and no help with the process.
Holster they sold me ($40 dollar holster) does not fit my firearm as described. Rep refused to provide a return label. My advise is to purchase from another source. We the People holsters fit perfectly and their cus service is excellent. Many other options for parts and products for Glock out there.

A freal costumer

"I am a real costumer (order SO-1362596):
-the shipment was very delayed without updates
-one part does not worked as advertised: the Costumer "service" with delayed answer, no apologies or explanation, the return policy looks like an menacing statement where you are guilty for everything.
My advice: check other options.
Glock Store have a huge marketing force, but not supported by a real service and client focus.
Use it only for the Magill's videos in You Tube

The Fact About Double Diamond Trigger

"Hello like anyone i wanted to improve my Glock 17 gen 3 i was on the gs site to buy arrodondo extended mag wich are AWSOME!!! best extension out there and i allso bought the dd trigger it would be a lighter trigger pull looked awsome but i put it in simple enough a few months later im at the range and click!! I re rack click!! I was like WHAT!!! two in a row what's the chances clear again re rack click!! Then i knew something was wrong so i put it away take turn's with my Buddy's ruger.when i installed the dd trigger i wached Mr.Lenny and copied everything he did.Turns out the dd sat against the trigger mechanism housing flush instead of springy like a normal trigger connector i didnt learn that till later.But what really 'Erks ME' is that i was carrying around a paper weight for month's.Luckly nothing happened that i needed to pull my side arm but it really 'ERK'S ME' that that was the case and i want other's to know that not all drop in option's are good and to allways go through a Function Check to make sure what ever upgrade or new part you swaped out is working properly.That's your life you are protecting and you want your side arm to be running like the machine it is.So allways use Glock OEM Parts unless of course you install and go through the Function Check and everything is in order.Dont make my mistake it may cost you dearly"
