Not reputable firm

"Ordered a pendant for $800 ,with promise for delivery by Christmas. Arrangements were made by firm to have delivered after Christmas and kept silent with no recouse. Will have now to go to real jewlery store. I would have accepted delay if they were honest. They were not and obviously prosecuted a scam that is now well documented."

Abysmal with no customer care

"Ordered Earrings for a Christmas present, placed the order 28th November to make sure it was in plenty of time and they never arrived.
When I contacted them I was told they were dispatched on 5th December and they sent a copy of the label. I contacted them again to find out when they would arrive and it has been radio silence. I asked for a refund, no reply. Absolute con artists and they shouldnt be allowed to rip people off.

Wrong necklace

" SOOO DISAPOINTED
I was sent the wrong necklace !
I was so happy to find beautiful jewellery that comes from Ireland.. My best friend she comes from Ireland and I knew she would just love it even more being an Irish piece.
Now I have to send the wrong necklace back before they will send me the correct order.
Unfortunately thats only giving me 5 days till Xmas . I know Christmas time is busy but they definitely need somebody check orders before being sent ..

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGITIMATE

"I placed order number ***-***-**** on October 30th for $1800+ dollars US. $300+ of that was for three rings for my nieces for Christmas, one was a fine jewelry custom piece for myself. I received an email stating I would receive my order November 15th-16th. I did receive the three rings only to discover they were so small I literally had to use a magnifying glass to see the heart on the pieces (they are Claddagh rings). I replied to their request for a five star rating indicating my disappointment and asking when I might expect my custom ring and should I expect the same poor quality. (these things literally showed up in tiny plastic dope bags) they offered a 20% discount for me to keep the tiny rings or exchange for something different. I expressed my concern about the timeframe for an exchange, was told my ring would ship the end of the week (which would have been November 24th) and could she send boxes for the little rings? I advised I had already purchased boxes. We exchanged emails on November 18th with me accepting to replace the rings I was unhappy with, me asking how much I would need to pay for the difference, how to ship the ones I have back to them and requesting a shipping date for my custom ring. I heard nothing so started to reach o9ut to their online chat for customer service. I was repeatedly told that their "manager would email me", but not until I was told there was a problem getting in touch with the goldsmith, he had to make a custom mold because my hands are so big ( I wear a size 10) and there's a problem with the mold. (Now I'm embarrassed and afraid my ring will be made in a sub par mold) Finally, December 4th: "Your emails went to my spam in error. I am very sorry for that, Please send me a link to the new ring and I can have 3 sent out to you" Nothing about my ring, nothing about what it would cost me, nothing about how/where to send the rings I had back. I replied with the link requested and waited. No response, no replacements, back to the chat, "manager will email, manager will email" when finally I got this email on December 11th: Hi Mary If you send me links to the rings you would like we will change them at no extra cost. Kind regards Maria. I sent the link again (second time), still had no idea what/how I would ship the old rings back and no idea when my ring might be ready. Again, no response, no shipping tracking number, nothing. Chat now just says "our manger will email you" and then ends the chat. So for $1,800+ I have 3 tiny rings I could have purchased on Amazon for much less, and that's it. Christmas is here in a week, and I am sad. Don't let this happen to you. This company is either just a mess or are scamming me, I don't know, but either way, don't let it happen to you. "

Lost necklace

"My item is lost in transit I have asked for a refund as this gift was for my grandsons girlfriend, they have lost a child and I wanted to show her how much we care for her. I asked for a refund so I could go and get her something else before Xmas but they are telling me they can't refund an item that's in transit, trying to tell them it's not in transit its lost is trying to talk to a brick wall. They say I have to have another one delivered and then return it for a refund how stupid is that. "
