"This review is supposed to be for my first transaction with Glass Tile Oasis, but I felt that experience with ordering and receiving a sample was insufficient to warrant a review. That order went very smoothly and delivery was prompt, but I felt review on an order would be a better example of Glass Tile Oasis' performance.

We are very impressed with Glass Tile Oasis' performance! After receiving the sample and establishing THAT tile to be the one we wanted, we placed an order for the same. Ordering was simple and smooth; customer service was very helpful.

We were advised it would require 4 days shipping. We received notice our order had shipped, and 3 days later it arrived. When we opened the boxes, we were quite impressed w/the packing. While we've not pulled each and every tile out of the boxes, rather viewed it by thumbing through, I don't believe there are any damaged tiles.

Glass Tile Oasis goes above and beyond to insure your order arrives intact and promply. We would definitely do business with them again!"
