"On May 19th I made purchases from gitionline totalling to $178.44. I have made purchases from gitionline in the past and should of learned my lesson. But I never wanted to go through the headache of returning items. So this time I wanted my money back. The items were cheap and expensive. The models claimed to be a size small but I am around their size and could not fit any of the bottoms. They have no reviews which I should of paid closer attention to. So I returned $116.17 worth of items. I should of returned them all. Had to pay almost $14 dollars to return. Messaged them on June 6 because my stuff had been delivered. Got a generic message stating that they had not processed my return yet and someone will reach out to me in three days. So generic no "Hello my name is and I will be assisting you". So a week passed no one reached out to me. I messaged again same generic response. I asked to let me speak with a manager and I wanted my money back. I didn't want a giftcard code. No response. I called and emailed no response. I filled a claim with bbb and FTC. I will just order from fashion nova from now on. At least they have reviews, their prices are reasonable, return is 7.99 and as soon as they receive your items instant gift card. If you had a problem with gitionline file a complaint with FTC. This is what people did for fashion nova and got compensation. Now fashion nova post all reviews, good or bad. This saves people the headache of returning items."
"I ordered 2 outfits online both the same size. One fit perfectly and the other was too large. I searched the website to do an exchange and learned the company doesn't do exchanges or refunds unless there is a manufacturing issue... NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! "I am so disappointed because I love their pieces and order from them all the time. What I realized is that they do not cater for international orders and charged so much for shipment.
Normally, when I made my purchases I would ship them to a US address and they are delivered for free within less than 10 days including weekends.
This new purchased I made was to ship to Canada.
By the way it been weeks since I made my purchase, I chose rush international shipment ($116) for 2 items, still have not received my order
Reached out to Giti a few times and I am yet to get a proper update about the order or my refund as requested."

"Looking back at my emails of my case against this company, It was around April of 2019, I ordered a dress. The dress that I received had a different cartoonist pattern and colors. I wish I could attach pictures. It looked like they had to hurry up and sew it together because I remembered after I ordered it the box read out of stock as if I purchased the last one. OMG, so I returned the dress stating that it was not as described and that I wanted full refund, but they sent a gift card. I stated that this wasn't my fault and I should not have to obey the No Refund Policy. Out of patience of emailing back and forth I accepted the Gift Card. LOL, I ordered a XL dress that must have been **** -small because there is no way their sizing chart is correct. So twice although it's their fault , I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING AGAIN.
They refused to accept it because it was purchased off a Gift Card, lol. Reminder, I had to accept the Gift Card because they did not want to give me a Refund for my first order which was a dress that DID NOT look like the picture and thread hanging everywhere as if they cut a pattern and sewn it at the last minute. Therefore, I had to build a case against Gitionline through PAY PAL. Took about Two month but I finally got a Full Refund. Never Again!!!! "
"I wanted to like you and become a lifetime customer but your sizing is not TRUE plus sized. When a size 3x fits a 18, that's inaccurate and misleading. You redo your sizing charts and change your Info to Jr. Misses...not plus. And l don't care what any one says, the plus size model Nicky is NOT wearing a size 1x as mostly advertised. You guys may have spandex in your clothes but the stretch is NOT that generous. And your return policy is a joke! "Giti Wholesale is terrible as well as their normal site for regular shoppers. First they provide incorrect sizing information, so you may or may not be able to sell what you buy from them. Second, shipping costs are WAY TOO HIGH. Third, they buy from other wholesalers and hike up their cost.
and last, if you message them with any complaints they delete your access to their website and cut off communication. They did this to me after I spent $2000 with them in the first month. I learned the hard way!
