I also tried to return a dress that is part of the store credit purchase but the dress i was returning was more than the store credit and has nothing to do with store credit . These people won't accept my return. Im stuck with a freaking $130 dress that i won't be able to wear. They dont reply to your email. They still have my dress until i pay them $8 to ship it back to me! Just horrible. Its a nightmare dealing with these people. Worse ever!!!!"

"Horrible place!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyers Beware!!!!!! I ordered 4 dresses and used part of a store credit since they don't give refunds, however one of the dresses did not fit and try to return it, so my credit was about $100 but my purchase was $175 so I paid additional $75 on the store credit but the item I was returning was at $60 but they wouldn't allow me return the item even though the return is less than the additional amount added to the store credit. Apparently they allow no return if store credit is used for the order even if its $1 credit used on $200 worth of goods you can't refund, what a STUPID POLICY in 2019 NO LESS! Bunch of idiots and customer service is despicable! SO RUDE! Their quality is getting worse by the day, poor quality material, in fact so ****! NEVER ORDERING FROM THESE IDIOTS AGAIN! "I ordered a dress from their website and when I received the item, it was ripped. I called to have them send me a different one because I had an upcoming event in 3 days. They wanted me to send the defective product first before they would give me store credit....Who the hell needs store credit from a website that I'll never use again? I'm so over and done with them. They used to send out a new item for the defective one and then you put it in their priority shipping package and return it to them. Now I'm out an outfit plus my money because I will NEVER buy from them EVER"

Ordering online is hard, you don't get to try the clothes on so it can be risky. If you don't like the clothes or it doesn't fit, you have to pay for the shipping back and even then they won't refund you, its a gift certificate only. THEN- when you order a different item with your gift certificate, its final sale! No returns or exchanges.
Their clothes are cute, but not always what they look like on the website. I would advise against ordering from them. Their customer service is insanely rude."
