"I received an MFJ-1204 that was damaged. Michael and GigaParts called MFJ for a replacement PLUS was able to have them ship a new cable to me to use until a new replacement unit can be sent. GREAT SERVICE !

"I was pleased to find a good company and sales people on line and bought about $1,500 worth of equipment. My last purchase was a vertical antenna and when it arrived it was the wrong one. I noticed on the order list that they / I made the mistake of not checking it and would have seen the parts number for an antenna I did not order--it was for 10/12 m and I wanted the 10/40 meter, displayed very close on the web page.
I called to return it and found out from UPS the shipping would be $70.00 and then a $30.00 restocking fee. That's about $100 cost to me for a $130 item sent to me by mistake.
I am happy to report that Gigaparts refunded the full purchase price--$140.00--for the returned antenna. I will continue to order from them, as I recently did.
