Upon opening the BOX I was horrified to see that the YAESU FTDX 3000 HF Transceiver was USED and worn and missing case screws

I contacted GigaParts and explained the situation by email and they took ownership of the situation instantly to seek a resolution that is totally acceptable to me
The Customer Service Manager came on board really fast to fix the problem , this is a great resolve as it shows me that GigaParts took ownership of the matter
Human Error occurred and that this error was not deliberate But just a mistake , i accepted the reason after it was explained to me on what happened
GigaParts have now fixed the problem , to my satisfaction , a very smooth resolution
