"I was deceived by them.

They have sent USED ITEM(Patagonia Nano Puff Jacket - Men's Bali Blue Large) battered-looking to my order.
I need to perform a claim, and although the goods were returned in the jacket, it to which they paid only the price for goods should also spend fairly long time.
They do not return a mailing cost when a mailing cost when I placed an order also returns the goods, either.
They do not reply to it being inconvenient at all.

They who do not consider that the worn-out goods in which they made a mistake for me happened have sent goods mistaken with firm belief.

I request all the possible consumer protection organizations, and fight with their injustice.

"This company never has any of the items in stock. They keep a huge catalog of items and always come up for any kind of outdoor and ski equipment I am looking for, but never (and I do mean never) have the item in stock. Moreover, they always have low prices posted for items not in stock. A company that wastes people's time just to get you to their site and try a bait and switch is one that I rank low."

"I had a great experience with Giantnerd. Their customer service was extremely helpful in helping select the correct bike for me. I got upgraded to ground shipping for free and my bike arrived much quicker than I expected. They also have a loyalty program where I got 5% of my purchase back in credit to get more stuff. I am 100% pleased with my experience with Giantnerd.com, I will definitely shop here again and recommend this store to my friends."
