"MS Publisher started mysteriously misbehaving; files wouldn't open and deadlines are looming. Getting into your CHAT and reaching Daniel was painless. Seems the fix wasn't going to be as straight forward as one would hope. Using anydesk, we worked together down the path with Daniel diagnosing, eventually having to resort to a Windows 11 (yuk) reinstall. It took as long as you'd expect but he got there. I appreciate that Daniel was available to check things out with me once I was back up and running.
I found GetMSOffice while looking for a non-cloud SAS 'Office' solution for an organization with which I volunteer. When faced with upgrading my persona/business laptop, you were my first choice.
