"I was panicking about losing MS Office from my desktop - for some reason it had stopped working and the Product Key did not seem to work now and I was running out of time with a reducing number of days left to activate it
Daniel very calmly talked me through how to solve the problem and with some hesitation I uninstalled Microsoft 365 as the probable cause of a conflict with MS Office. It worked!! I am so relieved to now be able to access my PowerPoints & Word documents again without the activation wizard appearing
