They offered me the bass at an excellent price and went above and beyond to get it to me super fast. I ordered the bass on a Wednesday morning and it was in my hands that Friday evening. Michigan to Texas, from purchase to grooving in two days. That’s unheard of. Their communication was excellent, and they clearly care about making sure their customers are satisfied. Unfortunately that seems like somewhat of a lost art these days.
