"I had an issue installing a newly purchased MS Office package which was due to the incompatability of the installation methods.
I contacted the support desk and within 10 min I was provided the solution that worked.

Three points to note here:-
1. Extremely fast response time, I did not have to wait 24 hrs, not even 1 hr for a response
2. The Support agent understood the problem from my description and provided me with the correct solution.
- That in itself is remarkable, support staff that actually read and understand your problem in the first request
- They provide a solution that worked
3. I was up and running within 30 min, the software took 20 min to download.

"I purchased an Office 2019 license for under £4. However I could not get it to work on my laptop as it had previous licenses and leftovers preventing the new license to install. Gamers took their time with me trying to help me get through all of the mess. Due to my ignorance I could not get Office 2019 activated. Gamers took time to work on my laptop (after asking permission) remotely to remove all the leftovers and allow the Office License to activate.

"Bought and installed Office 2021, then had a computer malfunction due to a conflict with some other software when attempting to install via an external DVD drive. After a day of trying "quick fixes", I ended up with a complete reset, so lost my Office 2021. Contacted Gamers-Outlet to confirm that I needed to repurchase, and they suggested buying the Office 2019 binding key, which I did. Still very affordable, and less expensive than Office 2021.
