"The online store had the items i wanted and did show they were in stock. I was in need of the part so I purchased the item. In the check out it gave me the options to select the shipping options. I chose UPS 3 day for $12.17. The standard mail was 5-7 days for less than 7 bucks if i remember the price. I ordered it on 4-25-11 and did not recieve it until 5/6/11. Almost two weeks later. I checked with UPS and their info did not update until the end of the first week. Then I emailed the company and never recieved a response back ever. So buyer beware of the poor customer support and sucking shipping. Seems i paid to much for the shipping and I think the store may have swapped it out for the 5-7 UPS instead of the 3 day turn around to pocket the extra money. I cant prove it but my thoughts."
