"My only complaint about this store is there really isn't a lot of Xbox360 items/accessories to choose from. I also needed a power cable for the drive I ordered but I will have to order that elsewhere, unfortunately.

Aside from that small downside, here is the review of my experience with the company:

I ordered an Xbox360 BenQ VAD6038 DVD drive around 9pm EST on 10/26, received an email the following morning (10/27), around 11am EST, telling me my order had shipped via USPS Priority Mail and they also provided me with a tracking number.

My order arrived on 10/29. Arrived in exceptional packaging, could have used some bubble-wrap but there is no physical damage to the drive that I can see.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience with The Gamers Fix. Truly incredibly fast (and free!) shipping (2 days from FL to OH), competitive prices, informative emails regarding my order and no problems or issues throughout the process. I would not hesitate to shop there again when I need something, if they happen to have it!

"My order was filled correctly, promptly and the correct amount charged. I was a little disappointed with the way the shipment was packed. The product was shipped in a thin cardboard box stuffed into a USPS flat-rate envelope. Fortunately, the product survived shipping with no apparent damage."

"HERE IS WHAT IS HAPPENED TO ME WITH THIS COMPANY
On 9-12-2011 I orderd a new KEM-410ACAO laser and deck order # 219182 for my ps3. I need the KEM400AAA KES-400A Laser and Deck

9/16/2011 1-***-***-**** Talked to Danielle about wrong part and she told me to ship part back and they would test and send me the part I need.


On 9/19-2011 @ 11:11AM I got delevery conformation I called and left message to contact me.Did not call back.

On 9/26/2011 left message again Did not call back 9/27/2011 left message again did not call back

9/30/2011 called again Talked to Danielle and she told me the deck I needed was 16.00 more and to order part #KEM400AAATR and she would put it twords the
KEM400AAA KES-400A Laser and Deck part I needed and send it out today I did order #219537

10/5/2011 Danielle sent me the wrong part sent me the kes400a instead of the
KEM400AAA KES-400A Laser and Deck SEnt e-mail of this page

It has been close to a month now and I still have not got the right part. PLEASE SEND ME MY PART KEM400AAA KES-400A Laser and Deck

10/7/2011 Got e-mail from Danielle she said Ok there is a price difference and said she would refund me and get me the right part. Would that be OK Please let me know
so we can get you what you need. So I told her to refund me.Total 36.00+16.00= 52.00

10/10/2011 Called and left message to Danielle again. Did not get my refund yet.Did not call back. What a lousy company to do buisness with.

10/13/2011 Called and could not get through would ring for a while and then go back to main menu. {ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY OR MY PART} e-mailed this form again

You told me to order a $16.00 part to make up the differance for the part I needed but you sent me that part instead of the one I needed order #219537. I dont need this
part but I will eat it just to get this over. You have my number why have you not called me back to settle this a long time ago. 9-16-2011 to? is a long time

10/17/2011 Called again and said temp. disconected. Sent Danielle e-mail to contact me.

10/18/2011 Danielle sent me e-mail and said she would call me today.Did not call.

10/19/2011 called again and could not get through.

10/20/2011 Danielle called me and explaned she had bad problems with her phone company. She said she would sent me my part out and refunded me part of my money.

GUESS WHAT THE PART DOESNT WORK AND I DID NOT GET A REFUND>

"I was very pleased with Gadget Resurrection Center. My new PS3 blu-ray laser deck was shipped right after I ordered it and it got here in two days. It works perfectly; my PS3 has been resurrected. The best part for me is that the same part was twice as expensive on Amazon. Great job GRC."

"I recently bought a Used KES-400 Blu-Ray Drive WITH Tested Laser from them and shipping was good and fast I was pleased with it BUT come to find out when i installed it that there NO laser in it just the drive and since I have got it I have been repeatedly trying to get a hold of them I sent multiple emails no response so if they cant resolve a simple problem like this I'm not gonna let them get away with my 80 dollars for a 40 dollar part they gave me in error...I WILL be filing a Lawsuit against them if I do not hear from them SOON. "

"I recently purchased a new laser deck with laser for my ps3, a kem- 410aca. I called the company to ask a few questions on the part I was buying, and got all the answers i needed, the staff is full of knowledge about the product i was looking for, I then went ahead and put in my order, only took 2 days to ship which was fast enough for me. When i got the merchandise i had noticed the shipping box was damaged, when i inspected the product it was damaged as well, I quickly Called the store back, and the Manager mailed out another brand new unit to me. I have it and it is working great. I am going to recommend to all my fellow gamers to do there buisness here at this store. I am recomending u do the same. The prices on there products are very affordable, the cheapest prices that i have found yet, most stores wanted twice as much. And if you have sony work on your ps3, well, you will be $150 less richer for the same products you can buy and install your self."

"They take forever to get replacement parts back out to you. When we USED to order from the guys, we would have to send half the order back. 50% return rate is very bad business and which they obviously do not test parts before they are sold."

"I searched for 3 weeks for the Blu Ray laser ribbon cable for the PS3 slim and this is the only site I came across that had it available for purchase with out having to buy it wholesale. That alone makes it the best PS3 repair parts store in the world. I will definitely buy again and will recommend it to anyone and everyone."
