"In all of my years of online purchasing, never have I been accustomed to such prompt and excellent customer service!!!!
I was referred to GSM Liberty by a T Mobie Store Manager, to help to get my Samsung H4 unlocked. Something that TMobile had been trying to do over a 3 month period without success. The unlock code that was sent on 3 occasions caused the phone to become lock, at which time I had to wait for 14 days. After the 14 days were up, I went into the TMobile store. They tried the unlock code 3 times and again locked the phone. I had to wait 14 days again.
After 14 days were up, I went to TMobile store again, found out that the unlock code had been sent to the wrong email this time.
Also that the IMEI number was off by 1 digit. Had to wait another 14 days!
Returned after 14 days to find out from Main office that the phone had not been registered improperly. At this point the TMobile Manger reccommened GSM Liberty.

I PLACE THE ORDER ON THE 24 OF OCTOBER AND THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME ONCE. I CONTACTED THEM (3) THREE THIMES AND ALL THEY COULD TELL ME IS THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS THEY GET A CODE FOR ME. THEN THEY TELL ME THAT FOR THEM TO UNLOCK MY PHONE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ON ADDITIONAL $45.01 WITCH I DID ANOTHER WEEK HAVE PASS I CONTAC THEM AND I SPEAK WITH OSCAR D. THEN HE SEN'T ME ON EMAIL SAYING THEY'RE UNABLE TO UNLOCK MY HPONE SO THEY CAN GIVE ME A FULL REFUND OR I CAN WAIT THREE WEEKS MORE TO SEE IF THEY CAN GET THE CODE FOR ME. I TELL THEM I NEED THE REFUND AND THEY DID BUT THEY ONLY REFUND ME BACK $69.99 OF $115 I THEN HAVE TO GET BACK TO THEM AND I SPEAK WITH MIKE T. TO GET BACK MY $45.01. THIS IS NOW NOVEMBER 11. SO I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEM ATALL."
