"I have a NOKIA 6085 phone, that this company was unable to provide the unlock codes. After the initial search, they did their "premium" service for free. They then asked I pay an additional price for a "Tier 2" service. That was also unsuccessful. My largest complaint is that initially they promised a solution in 7-10 hours. I had to phone back the next day to find out that they were unsuccessful. Very poor communications. They then sent an automated message asking me to confirm the IMEI, Network and phone maker; Not once but three times! Needless to say I asked for a refund.

Probably a good option for anything other than an Apple iPhone. For iphone user be prepared to pay $100 and + for an unlock code.
