"I ordered a Zotac 768mb 8800gtx from them. I was accidentally shipped a 320mb 8800gts. I contacted customer service via their online from at 11pm pacific (they close at 9pm eastern), and was greeted at 3am with an email. After a few email sessions and phone calls with the apologetic staff I was overnighted the correct item. I decided to declined the call back of the item, and instead bought it at a discounted price they'd had on it that weekend. Throughout the whole time they staff was very friendly and courteous. It was the most pleasant mistake i'd ever been on the receiving end of. If the prices are always as great as they've been I will always return."
"Browsing through some forums I came across a hot deal for some video cards. I had never heard of them but the price was awesome. For some reason my order wouldn't process. I left a message through thier online chat. It was closed at the time. Still someone emailed a response to me. Told me to try again in the morning and if it didn't work email and they would call me. Well Mike called me to try and help me to no avail.
When I expressed concern that they would run out of stock he set one aside for me and assured me I would get one at the sale price. We finally got payment worked out tuesday, two days after the sale and I am getting my card at the sale price.
Mikes willingness to assist me has earned my loyalty. When looking for a video card FxVideoCards will be my first and probably only stop. Really, this level of customer service reminds me of how merchants would earn business a long time ago. I remember the "customer is always right" days."

"I must say I was very weary of making a purchase from this sight as it was a new retailer and there wasn't much information that I could find on them. I made my purchase on Saturday, the 17th and didn't receive a "tracking" number right away. This worried me. On Tuesday I sent an email out asking for this information and had a responce in 15 MINUTES! Talk about quick service. They replied that they were behind a bit on sending that info out and I would receive the information within the next 24 hours. "Ordered a 3870x2 Video Card from these guys, price when I ordered was 469.99 however the next day the price was reduced to 445.00. I contacted them and they refunded me the difference without any problems. Shipping was a bit slow as the card actually had to travel from California to Florida and I was expecting it to be shipped from Georgia (The address given on their website) Overall this was a positive experience and I will order fomr them again but will use a faster shipping option next time.

However, they were one of the first resellers online to have an Asus HD 3870X2 in stock - and at a price that wasn't inflated. There was a small mix-up: They called me, thinking my card was out of stock, when really it had already been shipped. Whenever I called back, I was taken right to a friendly and helpful employee without delay. The issue quickly got cleared up, and my order arrived safe and sound, but it's worth mentioning that they were willing to ship me an equivalent card (at the same price) with upgraded shipping so it would arrive before the weekend.
