The refund e-mail was clear and short explaining they had refunded and shipped the item via a FASTER method !!!
also their web page indicated true stock levels, unlike other sites that will allow you to order something to find out later its back ordered.

"Ordered a Zotac 8800GTX on 5-27-08, received card seven days later, Ended up being DOA. Thought ok it happens emailed FXvideocards and got an rma number and shipped it back. I emailed them two days after the recieved the card and no response, emailed the next day no response, called and left message, no response, emailed again and no response. At this point I am getting upset, I emailed them one more time and just asked for a refund, got a response and a refund the next day, minus the shipping charges. So I payed $22 for a dead card and they did not offer any kind of upgrade or satisfaction at all. Very bad experience. Not recommended."
"AMAZING!!!!! Unbelievable customer service. Ordered my 4850, then saw on Newegg.com that the memory core was twice the speed as on their site. Called them up, canceled my order. The Customer service rep and I double checked Newegg and noticed that the memory core was in fact mislabled. Two hours later I called back Customer Service, and with the advice from the rep who explained which company had the better warranty, i ordered 2!!!! 4850's!

"I got one of the Zotact 8800GTS 640MB for 119.99 (plus 20.oo MIR) to run SLI with my aging EVGA. It shipped the same day and I had it in 3 working days would have been a day sooner if FedEx did not screw up. Installed it with out any problems and overclocked it to 600/900 with out any problems. Will order from Fxvideocards again if the price is right!"

"Great to see a new seller come in stealing business from the likes of newegg or zipzoomfly and tg. Those places are neat, but the personalized customer service I received on my order was excellent and i would have never gotten this through the big name e-tailers. I accidentally left off a detail on my shipping address. With the big name places my product would have just been shipped to the incomplete address. With fxvideocards.com all I had to do was call them, he put me on hold while he had the change made, and got it all done before it shipped out, not to mention a $100 8800GTS is a good deal already!!
