"I recently purchased a large bookshelf unit and desk (Parker House Brand) from Furniture Crate. I had been monitoring this particular set for quite some time and found Furniture Crate to have the best deal. The furniture is great quality. I receive compliments all the time. Furniture Crate's customer service representatives are professional, and went way above my expectations. Originally, my order had been processed incorrectly. Once I notified them, it was immediately resolved and monitored for accuracy until delivery was made. I was pleased with how responsive they were and eager to correct the situation. I would absolutely do business again with them, in fact, I'm in the process of making additional purchases from them. "

"I do not normally write reviews but after receiving my order from furniture crate and both of my chair tables where damaged. I called customer service and Rick called me back right away and is having company ship new ones out right away. Though I was disappointed that my product was damaged its wonderful to have a company that really seems to care about customers concerns. "

"I recently had a major problem with a piece of furniture I received from Furniture Crate. It was a Lane Mission Recliner and the entire right side of the chair broke after only 30 days of normal use. I sent photos of the chair to Furniture Crate and after a review by the mfg, they agreed to fully replace or refund my money for the chair. While no one is happy when they have an experience like this, I was able to get this resolved quickly after some initial process steps. My thanks and appreciation go out to Heather, Jenni and Rick, the aftercare support folks at Furniture Crate. "

"This place has given me the WORST service available! We ordered a love seat and we had to call everyday fore a week straight to finds out when it would be delivered. They then called the day before and if I did not take delivery the very next day in their 4 hours time slot, I would not get it until the next month. I lost a full days pay because I had to call off sick since there wasn't enough time to get vacation day. After dealing with the service department because the unit was defective they PROMISED a different delivery company would deliver a new unit within 8 weeks. 8 Weeks later the SAME delivery company now has my new unit, I'm out the money and have a broken piece of furniture with the option of losing more money by taking ANOTHER UNPAID DAY or keeping a defective piece of furniture. DONT TRUST THEM THEY LIE!!"

"Horrible customer service. After 6 weeks I decided to call and see where my order was the first customer service agent I talked to told me that my order was in the warehouse and I would be receiving a call by the end of the week to arrange delivery. I never received this call so I called back on Monday. This time I was told that my order had not been received at the warehouse and she would check into the matter and give me a call first thing in the morning. Once again I never received the promised call back. I called back and this time was told that they didn't know where my order was. At this point I decided to cancel my order. I placed in touch with the sales team and was told that I could not cancel my order because it had already shipped. After telling the sales rep about my conversation I just had with customer service he proceeded to hang up on me. Needless to say I will never order from or recommend furniture crate again!"

"We ordered a dining room table and chairs from Furniture Crate. There was a manufacturer problem with one of the chairs but Megan helped resolve it. Issues do happen in business and it is how the individual businesses handle these problems that shows what kind of company they are. Furniture Crate with the help of Megan handled the problem professionally and now they have a happy customer!"

"First of all, I am writing this review purely about my experience ordering from FurnitureCrate.com and working with their customer service reps with my order. I had ordered a patio set from FurnitureCrate and it was shipped out in 2 days. I got a link to the shipping company which said my delivery was now in transit...so far so good. About 2 weeks later, I see that my delivery was still in transit so I called the delivery company, Home Direct USA, and they said it was lost. I called Krystal at FurnitureCrate and she was extremely helpful and really went the extra yard by calling Home Direct USA and waiting on hold for over 30 min to get to the bottom of the issue for me. She always called me back and always followed up. It turns out my patio set was found again about 2 days later by Home Direct USA and they said it would be delivered in about a week. Another week passed and I called Home Direct USA again. Once again I got the runaround so I called FurnitureCrate and spoke with Cindy. As with Krystal, Cindy was very helpful and kept following up with Home Direct to make sure my order was taken care of. Long story short, I finally did get my patio set after 4 weeks but that was the fault of Home Direct USA. The folks at FurnitureCrate could not have been more helpful, and really cared to make sure that I got my delivery. So for FurnitureCrate and Krystal and Cindy, they get 5 stars. For Home Direct USA, well I would give them a negative star if I could."
