"3 months ago I made a purchase from FurnitureXo. I am not usually writing review - busy, lazy, etc. But this is the case I decided to share. Not often in today's world we are satisfied with service, customer care, shipping prices... I ordered a really expensive set and was a little bit worry. First thing that I was not sure about - they are giving discount when order paid by check/money order/money wire... I did not like an idea to send money not knowing the merchant (like sending money in nowhere). So, I decided to call ahead. Surprise!!! Live person answered the phone and from US (not India, China or any other country). Super polite service. What's next? I asked: "why discount?" The explanation was good enough to convince me... "If customer pays with credit card we have to pay fee. We decided we can give this money to customer if paid by check or wire". In today's economy... This is a good explanation. Order came to my door in about 2 weeks or so. I do not want to lie, but I remember it was nothing that would make me worry where is my order. The quality??? I order Ashley and it was real Ashley quality with all stickers and serial numbers - also good sign (not replica, not pirate copying). Too good to be true? Yes, in today's world it's big deal to buy what you want for a price that you like, with free shipping and DISCOUNT. To make long story shorter - I just order next Ashley set for another room and as soon as I receive it and it's as good as my first order - I will order kid's room."
"i ordered a complete bedroom set from this e-tailer on May 5th, 2011, Order # 26009. At first I was very hesitant to purchase my furniture online for such a high transaction amount. I found the same exact bedroom set locally for $500.00 more, and eventually convinced myself to give it a shot.
I cannot vouch for anyone else but myself when I say this - the transaction went really smooth and it couldn't have turned out to be any better. I received my bedroom set in full on May 18th. One of the nightstands were crushed on the corner. I refused the item at the time of delivery and was immediately contacted the following day for a replacement. The replacement nightstand arrived the following week on May 25th., and I was even given an additional 10% discount for the inconvenience.
All in all, if you are on the same boat as me and are hesitant to make an online furniture purchase, seriously consider XO. I have already told all of my friends and family about them!"
"i found that ordering product to furniture is abit dissapointment. i place order on january 2011 until now i have not recieve my order eventhough they already charge my credit card. I was informed that my item is ready to ship, after i called back to verified the correct address of delivery, a day after they called me again to informed that delivey was cancelled due to product damage, now is march 17 2011 and have not heard anything about it. sooo dissapointed at furniture xo. the quality of service is really poor. it would be my first and last to shop at this store."
"My dining set is absolutely gorgeous and every time I walk through my kitchen I can't help but SMILE!! I am so pleased with the high quality and elegant look. I order online frequently (incl. furniture); however, I was a bit nervous about making a large purchase from a company I was very unfamiliar with. I could not find this set or anything comparable locally or through familiar companies but I must say that all my fears were put to rest as I received great customer service and continued communication throughout the process. My furniture had to be backordered which delayed it by only three weeks. My sales rep, Steve, informed me of this upon ordering and he continued to keep me updated throughout. Everyone I dealt with was most courteous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Furniture XO to anyone needing nice furniture. "I ordered the Klaussner Fifi couch from furniturexo. The couch came in 2 weeks!!! In the past, whenever I ordered furniture from other places (and I shop online quite frequently :) ) it normally takes months for delivery. It came very well wrapped and completely perfect (i was worried because it's a light colored couch). It looks even better in person! The cushions are down filled which makes this couch super comfortable! The fabric has a nice organic look to it. Overall, a very pleasant experience with furniturexo and klaussner! "

Order update:
We ordered a table in March 2010. At the end of June 2010 we still have no table and no promise of one. That is over a quarter of a year. We have nothing more that a handful of e-mails asking us to cancel our order, informing us of yet again more delays, baseless "customer service" discounts that nobody has proof of nor do they think they were applied and of course at our home .....still no table.
Even after talking to the general manager there were no solutions. They "encouraged" us to buy similar but much more expensive tables at no discount nor at the price of our chosen product. As something that is to be part of my home for several years-I was in no hurry to pay more and get something I didn't want. They assured us that they would stay in contact and yet we never heard from anyone except the trite "arrival date has been pushed back again" e-mails. In the end we had no choice but to cancel--over 5 months and this company did nothing but provide excuses and blame others for thier incompetence. We will never order from them again!"

"do not buy from this company. Service is horrible and the people who run the company are very rude. They sent a chair with two right legs and then said they are just the middle man. i live 20 minutes from the place and they said it would be fed ex to me. The last I checked it went to Conn. They said call Fed ex its their problem! VERY POOR SERVICE"
