Good purchasing experience

"This was my first time buying furniture from Furniturecart, from placing my order to receiving my furniture, it was only about 3 weeks. Very good communication throughout the process. My new furniture arrived looking exactly as it was pictured and described on the website and had no damage. Overall had a good experience with the purchase and delivery process. Great Buying Experience

"Ordered two power reclining sofas from FurnitureCart after a long research. Price was the lowest and no delivery charges to North NJ. Ordering process was seamless, good communication with their customer support was a big plus. My furniture was delivered within three weeks as promised and they arrived in perfect condition.

Shop Elsewhere! Save your time and energy!

"The poorest customer service. Please do not waste any of your time with ordering furniture from Furniture Cart. I would give zero stars if I could. We placed an order for 2 nightstands and a dresser on September 4th, 2020. We were sent an email the day we purchased, 9/4, saying it was on back order and not to expect the delivery until the end of October 2020. We received another email on 9/25 saying it was delayed longer and to expect the delivery “early December.” I sent 2 follow up emails that took 9 days for someone to respond to me. I have had to resort to calling them to get updates and now we’re being told not to expect our furniture to be delivered until February 2021. Don’t expect your furniture for at least 6 months or more if you order with Furniture Cart. This was my first and definitely my last time purchasing from Furniture Cart. Shop elsewhere!"

"I Never received one stick of furniture, never even saw any, when I asked for a refund, they refunded part of the order and kept 740.00. Because they said they already shipped it. If they had shipped it why did I not receive it? The place is a skam."

"They set proper expectations up front on delivery and I planned according and was ok with waiting 6 weeks to get what I wanted. Every time I called I did speak with a person and they were helpful and friendly! My furniture arrived on time and is great quality and absolutely beautiful! I WILL order from them again!"

Failed to deliver product when promised

"I ordered a sofa from Furniture Cart in Feb, with free shipping and "curbside service". Their website indicated 1-4 weeks for delivery. I waited about a month, then received an email that my item had shipped and also received a phone call from the delivery company, Ward Trucking scheduling a delivery for Fri., 3/27 between 2 pm - 6 pm. On Fri., around 4 pm I decided to call Ward Trucking to inquire about the "curbside delivery" to only found out that they would not be delivering my sofa because it was too big to fit on their truck's lift-gate. I immediately called Furniture Cart. Gary, the Claims Manager, contacts Ward and then calls me back to tell me that Ward could reschedule the delivery for Mon., 3/30 and that my only option was to find a way to get the sofa off the truck myself. Gary offered no resolution as I explained that I had to work on Mon. and had no one to help get that sofa off a truck. So, via email, I decided to cancel the order due to this inconvenience and expected a full refund. Apparently, Ward resolved the lift-gate issue on their end and over the next couple of bus. days, Donna, their rep. left voicemails trying to set a date to deliver the sofa; threatening to charge a storage fee soon. Why should I be charged when this wasn't my fault? and Why wasn't this resolved on 3/27 when originally promised? I made several attempts to call, leaving voicemails while still at work to let Ward know that Fri., 4/3 I'd be off and they could redeliver then. However, no one responded to my voicemails. I did not hear from Gary again until Tues. 3/31 finally acknowledging my cancellation request I sent via email several days ago. Gary still offered no resolution to this issue and never once apologized for my inconvenience. On the same day, once I got off work, I noticed an email that without my knowledge, Ward attempted to deliver the sofa towards the end of their business day. Both companies treated this issue as if I created this problem. Ward returned the furniture on Friday, 4/3, which at that time I was notified by my credit card company via email that I'd be receiving about only a 30% refund. Furniture Cart advertises a " Hassle-Free Return policy" but what is "hassle-free" about keeping almost 70% of the customers money, failing to deliver their product? I've requested to be contacted by the owners and have yet to be contacted. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM FURNITURE CART AGAIN. Nothing but lies

"I ordered a sectional on Jan. 8 2020 and I was told it would arrive at their facility on 1/31. So, I called on 1/31 and it didn't arrive. I called 2/3 and I was told it was scheduled to arrive on 2/4. So, I called on 2/6 and it STILL didn't arrive. Now, I'm being told it is scheduled to arrive on 2/7/20. I've already been told two lies and as other reviews suggest, I will likely be lied to again when I call on 2/10. I don't believe ANYTHING they tell me. Sadly, if furniture arrives damaged at my home like others haves posted that will be an entirely different adventure. I suggest buy from your local furniture store even if it cost $200-400 more. This process is a nightmare. I also suggest to take several picture of the furniture when UPS drops it off. If ANYTHING is damaged, I suggest not to accept delivery and demand full refund b/c furniture is damaged. Otherwise, you will likely have to wait 5-6 weeks before you get a replacement. This is only my opinion but I would never order from this company again but if you do ~ best of luck."

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

"Pulaski still offers this product, what they are failing to say is that they did not want to honor the purchasing price. I know this because I called and told them that I would wait until they received it in stock, and was told that it is not available; however, Pulaski my next phone call confirmed that the product was available and not on back order. Customer service, and I say this with as much calmness as I can muster, just does not care.
Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

the worst!!!

"The worst ever!!! Don't order here. I ordered a bed late september and it was supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks. I called several times it was more of a suprise if someone would actually answer the phone. Very uneducated people work there that don't really understand what's going on or how to solve a problem. In the end I got my bed in mid november no $$ off and they delivered my bed to the street and said that's it the rest you gotta do yourself. and I live in an apartment building on the 4th floor. How am I supposed to carry a whole bed up by myself. Just horrible I hate this company I would never order there again. "

HORRIBLE COMPANY and the absolute WORST "Customer" Service

"I have never had so many issues with any furniture I've ever purchased. I bought the Boca Modular Home Office Set for almost $1500. Yes, people, $1500 for an office set.
Here is the LIST of issues I encountered with Furniture Cart:
1. I ordered the set on July 17 and it did not arrive until August 15 even though it was two week shipping. I didn't make a big deal out of this since I understand things happen and shipping heavy furniture takes a while, but it's still something to be aware of when purchasing furniture from this company.
2. One of the items I received was defective. The rolling filing cabinet drawer would not open or close correctly. I immediately filed a complaint with FurnitureCart. I received an email from Garry S asking for a video of this issue- yes, a customer service company did not take my word that their furniture was defective. I was frustrated, but I still obliged. I sent the video to Garry S, from Furniture Cart customer Service.
3. A few days after I submitted my video Garry S called me. He stated that I need to go to Home Depot and purchase WD-40 to put that on the drawer. I told him that would not fix it because the alignment of the drawer was off, not the lubrication. He didn't believe me and stated just go get WD-40 and put it on there and I'll refund you the cost of the WD-40. I stated that was an outrageous request and even it was a lubrication issue, I definitely would NOT go to the store for him and purchase that. Garry's tone was rude and he spoke to me like I was an idiot. After much debate and my request for a new rolling file cabinet he stated he would not give me new furniture but that they would hire a company to come fix the cabinet. Much to my dismay and frustration, I allowed because I felt like Garry backed me into a corner.
4. Fast forward to October 2- the company just now made it to my house
after two no shows and fixed my BRAND NEW furniture, over 1.5 months after receiving it ( the rails were improperly placed and had to be physically removed and replaced- how about that for your WD-40 request, Garry S?!). The company that Furniture Cart hired, made two appointments and were no shows TWO times with no phone calls to make my husband and I aware. I had to call them after they didn't arrive for explanations. So lots of wasted time off work and wasted time scheduling.

I realize this is a long review, but bottom line, to save you the hassle of going what I went through, please do not purchase from this company. If you happen to receive defective furniture that you paid your hard-earned money for, you will go through the terrible experience that I went through.

Terrible way of dealing discontinued product.

"Terrible way of dealing discontinued product.

Before I placed the order, I asked them repeatedly whether they had the dining table in stock as other furniture stores such as Wayfair was at least honest about informing customer that the item was discontinued. They then took my payment, saying that they have the stock in the warehouse. After days of "checking and inspecting", of course did not follow up with me, they realize that the vendor did discontinue the product.

They are so sneaky bunch of dealer, save yourself the agony, stay away.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

"Interesting that reviews are either 1 star or 5, no midrange, which based on my personal experience, it's the 0-1 star ratings which are accurate. As a designer, I was thrilled to have found Furniture Cart, and their competitive pricing seemed ideal...however, I have waited 8 days for final pricing on an order just under $10k, keeping my clients on hold, only to be told I had to re-submit on line. I have been talked to/overtalked to so rudely, then abruptly put on hold and left there for almost 20 min, only to once again be overtalked and treated rudely, all of which, based on these other reviews leads me to believe that the 1 star are the more accurate assessments and the 5 star are likely contrived by the company and not to be believed. Buyer beware...if you can even get so far as to place the order. "

Poor service

"Took over 2 months for chairs to arrive. We were mislead on several instances about the expected delivery date. We made several phone calls and emails but were only mislead. Jeff was particularly rude and condescending. Overall terrible experience. Will look elsewhere to purchase furniture in the future. "
