"My experience is this: if you buy a lot of items online, FreeShipping.com is the best way to maximize your cash back. I've been using them for the last year or so. For awhile, I thought like a lot of you, that I was spending $12.97 a month and barely making it back or not at all. However, this year, I started buying items online from the vendors they work with (which are a large list: Walmart, Best Buy, Dell, Torrid, etc.) and discovered I could make huge cash backs. It's a bit of work. You have to read what they allow you to get cash backs on (on the site); and make sure you click through from their site. So far this year, I have made $735.12 from FreeShipping. I paid them $129.70 for the FreeShipping fees. But net, I've grossed $605.42. Yeah, I bought a LG OLED tv from Dell and several items from Best Buy; some theatre tickets in NYC which were pretty expensive. But if you spend this money anyway, FreeShipping gives you 10% back on all their vendors (and 20% occasionally, like Macy's); and you can really make a bundle. They also usually refund shipping charges on their vendors. You have to fill out a form for that. But I really like Freeshipping. If you don't get a cash back, you can email them. So far I've always received those cash backs that don't show up in a week or so by writing them. I'm endorsing them because they are paying me better than any of the other cash back companies. Who else gives 10% back? If you don't really buy much that qualifies (please note that they don't pay cash back if you use gift cards or promo discounts). You have to pay attention. But this is a good company. It's not for people who buy an occasional item; you need to buy stuff to really make money. And customer service is great! They will write you back when you email them. And you get the checks every month (if you bought stuff)."

"I saw a 2.00 charge show up on my card after subscribing to Amara coffee su scription, I thought it was just to have it shipped free to my house, no idea who these people were, then, the next week, I saw a 13 dollar charge show up. This time, I did a search and called them. They were really rude and tried to make me think I had knowingly signed up for this program. I threatened to go to my bank and they told me they were issuing a refund, but I wonder how many people do t stay on top of their bank account like I do (I check my app every day). I was not about to let them intimidate me either."

"Signed up to get free shipping. In today's digital age, you would assume that you could just oh I don't know... APPLY FREE SHIPPING at checkout with this subscription. But no. You need to send a cryptic eMail with a number, for a check in the mail?? Then you will get no confirmation except that the eMail was received, then no refund. I followed instructions precisely. Service reps will say you did it wrong, wait another 3 weeks... Still nothing. Then once that time passes, you've 'waited too long to obtain the refund on this transaction'. Awful site, and not worth the time in the slightest. Living off of their easy to remember .url since day 1. Avoid at all costs."

go figure, it is not a valid charge and I am now calling my bank to get this charge removed and to also report this fraudulent sounding site. seeing from what others have said on the inter-webs, the site is far from legitimate in the way it goes about "gaining" subscribers, and i highly DON'T recommend this "service" to anyone looking into this site... by choice..

"This site is not a scam. I"ve been a subscriber for a couple of years and although I pay the $12.97 monthly fee, I usually get back more than $50 a month in credits. In fact I've maxed out their cash back and rebate refund limits a few years. That's $1000 cash back and $500 in shipping rebates.

The shipping rebates are useful for amazon because even with prime sometimes you want an item shipped next day. The $10 shipping rebate makes that possible more often which is great. The return shipping also works for Amazon if you get charged for return shipping.

Overall quite happy with the cash back. I did knock one star due to customer service. Getting issues resolved can take a number of calls and emails but they do eventually get resolved. "

"This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a battery powered gloves for $39.99. My money wasImmediately taken from my account as I would expect. It’s been over nine weeks since I ordered. I have messaged several times requesting a shipping date and was told it can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. When I got over eight weeks I requested a refund and had no response back. I’d be happy just to get the gloves, but the fact that my requests have been ignored and I feel that I’ve had to wait for too long, with still no action pending. I will never order from them again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never order from them. "
