"I ordered tpms valves on line and after a couple of hours I drive about 30 mins to pickup. When I got there, the person checking on the part was very rude and unwelcoming. He told me I need to get an email that indicated ready for pickup, which I didn't (oversight on my part), but he could have been curdious at least. I've talked to the manager and told him the situation, he said that's no big deal and he'll get my parts. It ended well on a good note, manager was very nice, just wished the front desk guy handled it differently."
