"The colors were all wrong in the Monet print we received. Frame was very cheap. Not what we were expecting based on the images shown on their website. Plus, we have to pay for the shipping both ways with our return. About half the total cost of the framed print we ordered. Also, they promise return for any reason, but then customer service says to send them a pic so they can decide if they will accept your return or not. Typical Jersey hustle in my opinion. I advise caution."

"I ordered my framed print on January 28th and it shipped out on time as promised. Due to two winter storm systems it took the picture 10 days to arrive due to FedEx delays and it was damaged. I phoned customer service and spoke to Dennis and within 5 minutes the picture was reordered and shipped within two days. I received my replacement today and it is perfect! I would definitely recommend FramedArt.

"I got my first order from Framedart.com today. The packaging was atrocious. No damage to the box but the glass is in 50 pieces. The packaging is nothing but a thin layer of bubble wrap around the picture in a box that is way too big for it. There is no structural cardboard inside the box to stop the picture from moving around. Customer service did replace the item but I have to wait another 10-14 days and I have zero confidence that it will arrive undamaged. The guy who gave the support was very rude."
