"First off, the two vanities I ordered are beautiful. HOWEVER, one of the vanities I ordered was for a single sink. It had six small drawers and nowhere for the plumbing to go. We had to gut the inside and the drawers are just kind of hanging in the slots until we can figure something out. Their website shows the 36" vanity should have 3 drawers, u shaped that would allow for the plumbing. I don't want my $ back, I just want a vanity with functional drawers. I can't seem to get anywhere with their Customer service dept. "
"I ordered a vanity from FoxDen Decor, looks good, but it's still in the package because I had been waiting since Nov 5th for 2 mirrors and a medicine cabinet. I finally got them yesterday after several emails and the mirrors were awful, one of the mirrors wasn't even put together. The mirror wasn't attached to the frame and there were two broken pieces of thick cardboard or thin plywood in the box, it wasn't a shipping issue, it was just never put together properly. The other mirror came put together, but had huge cracks in the corners where the wood comes together, I'm afraid it's going to pull totally a part and the mirror will fall and crash. The medicine cabinet said made in Mexico on the back, so buyer please be aware, these may not be custom made by them, it may be coming to them from Mexico. They took the money out of my bank account when I ordered the product, not when it shipped. I have contacted the company, we'll see what they say about all this, I'll keep you posted. "
"I bought an expensive solid-wood bathroom vanity from this seller. The wood has many cracks in less than one year of purchase. I reached out to FoxDen Decor in hopes that they’d stand by their quality and address the matter. But they have done nothing. I thought I was investing in a piece of furniture that would be permanently installed in my home, or for at least several years. But within just a few months it’s falling apart! So disappointing. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but for now I caution all potential buyers. "

"I ordered a vanity in January 2021 basing my entire addition bathroom around it. I was supposed to have it at the latest 8 weeks. Here we are in the end of May and I received it damaged. I tried for days to contact them for a refund since I had my plumbers on site to do the plumbing and a plumbing inspection scheduled around this piece arriving and needed to get another quickly. I finally contacted the email that said it was for the owner before getting a response 5 days later. Foxden tried getting me to take the piece back and said they could have it back out within 3-5 days and would repair the broken pieces. The first picture still showed damages. So they fixed it again. I asked if I would be compensated with a discount for the delayed delivery, the missed day from work (the delivery window given was 8am- 4pm, then 1pm-4pm, then they arrived at 5:15pm). Also, I was again going to have to take a day off from work. Add to that I had to give my plumber another job to stay on site bc plumbers are hard to get right now. I was told they would work with me. I pushed my plumbing inspection back w the City. Gave my plumber another small project and then was emailed by the company saying they were not willing to give a discount for the hassle bc the shipping company was not giving them their claims for damage. I stayed w the shipping person that day for over an half hour and heard him on the phone putting in the claim and we both took pictures of the forklift mark through the piece, and the broken door. I haven't heard back from Foxden since.. poor Customer service and now I am out the money for the 2 vessel sinks and faucets I purchased months ago when the piece was supposed to arrive. Do not buy from here. "
"I am giving FoxDen Decor 4 stars because it took 12 weeks instead of the 6-8 as advertised on their website. I know Covid has slowed things down, but they really should let the customer know about these delays when ordering. I ordered mid-November for a February 15 remodel. I checked the status the beginning of January and Gabbie was very responsive to all my emails and answered all my questions. She even called to go over delivery since I live in a mountain town. Once I approved the vanity (they send you a photo), it shipped the next day and only took 2 days to arrive (the delivery company calls to make sure you are home for delivery). The vanity is absolutely beautiful and I am glad I received it a week before my remodel. If you can wait 12 weeks, I highly recommend these vanities. "
"I made a purchase back in August 2020. By November I had NOT received my order, nor had they communicated with me about my order. It was not until I called them that they said they would not ship to my location (Alaska). Mind you they never contact me about this or made any attempt to refund my order! I requested a refund. They said they credited my credit card for the funds. After a week my card did not show the refund. When I contacted them about this I was told it was my problem not theirs and there was nothing they could do. Now I am out nearly $2000.00 and my bank has no record of the credit transaction. Hi would highly discourage you from purchasing from this fraudulent company. "
"I wish I would have found these reviews before ordering from this company. Very similar to most other experiences, they are completely incompetent of making quality furniture. After MONTHS of back and forth, when it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks, they finally cancelled my complete order when they couldn’t get all of their mistakes corrected. I built 5 bathrooms around their vanities. To have to start over completely in looking for new vanities at the 11th hour was an extreme inconvenience to say the least. Ugh"
"This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself some major headaches, and shop elsewhere. I ordered 2 vanities from them in March, and was supposed to have them delivered to me the first of June. The 2nd week of June I myself have to check In with them and they finally get me pictures... of a COMPLETELY different stain. So they say they will “fix” them to get them the color I ordered. One MONTH later I am bugging them again... they finally send me another picture after lotssss if hassling. You wouldn’t believe how it looked after the second try.then I freak out again because we are building a freaking house and I needed these custom size vanities. So they CANCEL my order without telling me. Long story very short, I had to hassle them every single day until they agreed to just send nm them to me as is and let me fix them myself. Do not order from this company!!! They don’t allow reviews in many spots, but you can find them on the BBB!! Stay farrrrr away. "
"We ordered a custom vanity early April. 5 weeks later, we received a single photo of a similar piece but with many variations including hardware color, drawer spacing, shelf design, etc. After requesting additional photos to confirm the ordered Included set sink placement, seller refused to send photos, ignored our requests, and cancelled our order without our request. The piece was very different than the ordered model. Seller stated that craftsmanship can vary according to the carpenter style. We would not recommend. "
"FoxDen is Outstanding!!! I purchased 3 Bathroom Vanities from FoxDen for Bathroom remodels. From the first point of contact with Elaine fielding my general questions on sizing and customizing 2 of the vanities then secondly, Jami stepping in to assist me with my contractors on final measurements, stains, and sinks to the finale with the hand-off to Rebekah to provide progress updates, send pictures of completed vanities, getting my approval before shipping, shipping my sinks and faucets out early, and shipping a couple cans of stain to my contractors to use to frame out the bathroom mirrors in addition to always responding back to me within 15 min if she did not answer right when I called. Their message states they will get back in 4 - 6 hours. Not this team. Response is almost immediately. These 3 Amazing women are on it every step of the order.
Now, the product...The 3 different vanities I purchased, Elton, Terranova, Barnwood w/Shutter Doors are simply Beautiful High Quality and Priced reasonably! I Love Them!

"From the very beginning, FoxDen Decor was focused on my satisfaction. I got progress updates about my 72” Martin vanity often, as being custom made, takes more time. They even sent me pictures and allowed me to choose the degree of glazing with several examples provided. When I finally got it delivered, I was unable actually open the box all the way due to the space I had to store it in until the contracted was ready for it. I was kind of nervous because I could not see the whole vanity. Several months later, and many below freezing temperature days had past before they finally brought it in and placed into in my master bath. The contractors were all very impressed with the product and asked me where I got it.
It is solid as a rock, and more beautiful than any picture I saw online.
