"We ordered a 3-drawer, 60” Paige Farmhouse kitchen island to replace our older 48”. The final stain perfectly matched the photos in their gallery. There was a delay in shipping (no fault of FoxDen), so when you order, be prepared for shipping delays. Once the island was built and stained, FoxDen had it out their door rather quickly. Overall, the island is a great piece, gives us more drawer storage, with storage underneath. It sat level on the floor without the need for adjustments. Great communication!!!"

"Doors don't shut properly, several drawers are completely inoperable, many splinters in vanity, stain on vanity surface comes off in strips with the gentlest water-based cleaning. I regret the purchase. These items are not made for long-term use."

"It is so scary ordering such a big and expensive item without seeing it in person. FoxDen did not disappoint! We received our bathroom vanity for our new home and it was just as advertised, if not better! The quality of craftsmanship was absolutely deserving of the 5-star rating I am giving it. "Ordered what was labeled as a "Vanity" customer service was so helpful and accommodating with timing the shipment. Package was professional delivered and wrapped, arrived in perfect condition.

Cons: I asked to have a sink hole pre-drilled for a vessel sink but it wasn't done (not a big deal) although the piece is labeled as a bathroom vanity it can be with lots of modifications, (Lucky or me my husband is handy and is a engineer. You will need to cut the back so you can connect plumbing, also on the size I ordered there is two small cabinet doors that you only have to access the plumbing connects once you have the vanity set in place (my husband was not please as he is 6'2") so very difficult to work on, however in the end the piece works and its beautiful! "

"Double vanity and linen cabinet both came damaged. Both do not sit level, doors do not close correctly, one shelf was broken,. The biggest issues was when I went to install above mount sinks I realized that the slats on the top were uneven and I am now in the the process of sanding and re-staining the top. I have had to do this process over and over to find a stain that matches the rest of the vanity and I have spent nearly 30 hours so far trying to resolve the issue not including the time to fix the rest off the issues. Best advice, don't waste your money on this over priced crap. Between what I paid and the value of my time fixing this stuff, I could have had custom quality made pieces made."

"I ordered a bathroom vanity and when it arrived, the wood on one side was smashed in and broken. The corners are damaged as well. Company refuses to make those right. So I wasted $1349.00. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! "

"I wanted to love this and I did keep it but it was really poorly constructed. Made in Mexico and from a distance looks great. Rustic is what I was after, what I got was a vanity that required hours of labor to make it presentable and installable. The entire inside was not stained and was rough poor quality wood. There were hand prints on the inside from the person who stained my vanity. There are exposed sides on the outside bottom that are not stained. There are places that the stain didn't fill the wood. There are varnish drips where it was slopped on. There are areas that the wood is so rough it snags your clothes. The drawers were installed so that they don't stop when they are flush to the vanity. The cabinet doors are so poorly made that you can only close them together because they are crooked. The top was so unlevel that it had to be sanded down so that the counter top could be installed. The back was bowed a little and required sanding to get it flush to the wall. It says on the back made in Mexico. When I sent pictures, customer service was great about responding. They did give me 10% back, but my contractor was no happy because he said it is junk. I already new that there wasn't anything that looked like my vanity available so it was either scrap the design and send it back or fix it. I spent about another $500 fixing all of the things and basically sanding it down and restaining it by my contractor. "

"I ordered a custom 8 foot kitchen table with the sales team. We designed it together and I was sent a visual for approval before ordering. I was told the extended lead time up front. It was a while out, but it was well worth the wait! The end product was beautiful and made of solid wood! The pictures do not do it justice! It is the centerpiece of my living area/kitchen! We receive so many compliments on it when people come to our home! Thank you Fox Den Decor! I will be back to order more! "

"Do not buy anything from this company. I originally wrote a review giving the bathroom vanity i ordered 2 stars. Now that the vanity is actually in, I am downgrading it to 1 star. This vanity is a piece of junk on so many levels. First, there was no room inside for plumbing for the sink. We had to cut one of the backs of the drawers to get that in. Second, there was no room on the top for a drop in sink (since I ordered the taller hight, they should have known that we would put a drop-in sink in). My contractor ended up having to cut through some of the wood inside on the top to carve out a place for the sink. Third, the drawer slides are junk. We couldn't get the drawers back in after taking them out when trying to install the plumbing. I ended up replacing the drawer slides and when doing that realized that the width of the inside was too large for the drawer and they had "MacGyvered" the slides on with a shim-like tiny piece of wood. Some of the metal on the slides was also damaged. And fourth, some of the pulls on the outside of the drawers just pulled right off. The holes drilled for those were too large, so they basically just fell right out of the holes. So I ended up replacing those too. After paying over $1000, I ended up spending an extra $500 for the work my contractor had to do, the new slides and drawer pulls. Whoever built this has great taste in wood, but has no idea how to use it to create a good product."
