Ordered from here twice, first time was a preorder so I wasn't too concerned with how fast they sent the item out, arrived two months later. This last time, ordered an in stock item and a month later no change in my order status and the only response to my multiple emails was a one liner asking for my phone number that they never called. Still waiting...horrible customer service and that's assuming the product is even coming."
"Ordered XenoPS on June 4th, and item shipped on time. Received package in a timely manner to find it was just an envelope with my chip just tossed in, no padding or protection. I figured it should be ok, but did not like the lack of padding, especially after paying $8 for shipping. After trying to install the chip on my V3 PS2, I found that it in fact, is INCOMPATIBLE, although according to their site, shows that it is. I tried to contact them to resolve the problem, I received a single response after my initial e-mail asking if I still had the packaging (that crappy envelope). After my response, I have yet to hear anything. I tried calling their phone number ***-***-****), which of course I only get an answering machine every time. This is probably due to them wanting to screen all their calls, so they don't have to deal with unhappy customers such as myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are dishonest and not responsive. Don't make my mistake and risk it due to their prices, if they don't deliver, it's not worth it."
"Do Not Buy from foundmy.com. Order 3 R4DS kits and one of the unit was damaged. The packaging was poor and one of the nds cable was missing. Requested RMA and returned the damaged unit but after 6 weeks still no response and did not received replace card yet.

"These guys are charlatans! They sent me an XBox solderless adapter without the needed screw. When I tried to attach it with another screw the plastic piece cracked and is useless. After initial emails back and forth, once it became clear they owed me a replacement, they ignored any subsequent emails and never shipped a replacement. They are thieves, plain and simple."

NO communication whatsoever. their voicemail box is always full. they do not reply to emails.
they oversell their stock, so even when it says in stock, it is not. they tell you something is shipped, only to go back and tell you 3 days later it is not.
the internet boards are absolutely FULL of negative posts concerning this company. wish i would have read some beofre i ordered and got scammed."
"Placed a order at foundmy.com on Sunday the 29th of April. The item was shipped out on Monday afternoon and I received the shipping confirmation around midnight. The product arrived at my doorsteps the next day(I live close to where they shipped from).
Overall, a satisfactory experience with this company although I wish they did a better job with the packing as there was no protection at all around the item I purchased."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!Payed for order around June 25th, almost two months has passed and still have not recieved it. I have sent him lots of emails always asking what has happened to my order and have only recieved a few emails back, very very very poor customer service. In a few of his emails he had said that he was going to send it. I got one email July 14 that said he had sent it, got a tracking number off him a week later. i check the tracking number and it just says "recieved at post office" it has now been almost a month and have not recieved the product and he will not reply to my emails. Dont Do business with these guys. I now beleive that i have been scammed and ripped off."

"I ordered a DMS3 Plus from this reseller. I have three complaints, first it took over 3 weeks for delivery, very slow to return e-mails, and finally the packaging was unsafe for a product such as this. It was in static wrap but was shipped across Canada in just an envelope, no bubble wrap nothing! Could have been bent, dropped, or stepped on before I received it. I won't say I was completely dissatisfied because when I finally did get my e-mail returned it was friendly and I did receive the product as promised."
"I purchased the Duo 2 SE from this company. A friend informed me that they had heard that this company would send the real deal and not a clone. The product took a long time to get to me. However, this company is based in Canada and I'm in Houston, Texas. Decently priced product. The only complaint that I've got is the packaging of the product. It wasn't safely packed. NO padding or anything but a static free cover. This product did go through the USPS and we know how they handle things. Other than that, I'm pleased. "
