"Horrible experience dealing with customer service to obtain a refund. My first order was shipped in a size much too large, They wouldn’t issue me a refund but instead gave me a store credit - which I didn’t want. I made multiple requests for a full refund which went unanswered - it took 2-months for the in-store credit to show up. 6-months later I decided to use up the instore credit, had to pay additional money for the price difference, only to find out that the item I ordered was not in stock. After waiting several more weeks, I just gave up in frustration and decided to end it. Now I’m on my umteenth communication with their customer service people - who barely speak English. I’ll never get my money back"

If you live in Japan, I highly recommend purchasing your favourite handbag or leather goods with Forzieri. It would be much cheaper than buying locally because the original retail prices of international designer goods are usually extraoridnarily high in Japan. Plus, you don't have to worry about the import tax which would be paid by Forzieri. Last but not the least, I was very pleased with the services of Japanese customer services representative who was so great and helpful. Beware when you input your address, the second address line might not be successfully stored in their system, but the worst is that when you contact their CS, no matter via CS form, facebook, reply to confirmation event their helpdesk email, no one replies you, even you quote your order number and mention the issue (e.g. incomplete shipping address list in order detail), onone care and they would just push the parcel and deliver a very bad experience. I don't recommend the site, there are too many other choices, pick something better like Farfetch, net-a-porter etc."
