"I first ordered my husband some large tall pants last year for Christmas. He LOVES them and is so happy to finally have loungewear that isn’t too short on his tall frame. I ordered more this year and mistakenly ordered something he didn’t need. I quickly emailed to stop the order from processing and not only did they quickly amend my order and issue me a refund for the pants I didn’t need, but they also let me keep my free shipping even though the order no longer qualified after the subtraction. Great company - great product. Highly recommend!"

"best pants EVER" ... because he has not been able to find athletic pants long enough without them being too wide. (Big & Tall has never worked for him.) He can't believe I was able to find these pants and he's been wearing these pants everyday since!"

"I purchased a pair of shorts from ForTheFit. Despite how they claim to make better fitting clothing, I wasn't thrilled with how they fit. I decided to keep the shorts anyway. The biggest problem is that after only wearing them a few times (hadn't even washed them), the seem of the shorts began to come apart creating a hole. When I contacted ForTheFit about this (well within 30 days), they responded by saying that the shorts couldn't be returned since they had been used, and since I had worn them, they (ForTheFit) couldn't know why the shorts might be damaged. They were "nice" and refunded just $10 of my purchase. So basically they didn't take responsibility for their product and demonstrates poor customer service on this occasion."
