"I had ordered a pair of pants from this company in extra short. They fit well. I ordered similar pants and they were supposed to be 26/27" inseam. The inseam was 30". They told me that they would still charge me for shipping and return shipping, unless there was a difference of a foot or more. So beware. This company finds a difference of up to 11 inches in length, one way or the other no problem. Actual quoted response from customer service is below.

"Why are reviews foe this company so hard to find? Because they are unethical and dont want you to know it. They literally replied to an order confirmation email showing a time stamp of 10:30 am cst and claimed it came in at 12:30pm est and didn't ship same day as promised so my son who has an infected **** and is so tall and skinny you can't find sweats that will fit, ended up not being able to GO TO SCHOOL because he didn't have clothes in time. All because they didn't ship when promised.
Expect defensiveness and gaslighting if you have any problems with them."
