DON'T USE!!

"The worst customer service ever!! I ordered a SUP on April 29th and still haven't received it; they have not been able to resolve the issue! Rip-off! Where is refund????? Item lost in mail weeks ago, and I've yet to get a refund! "

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

"We purchased a treadmill from FOGDOG on Amazon. The product delivered was NOT the item advertised. We ordered a treadmill with a 10” screen capable of getting Netflix, etc. That is NOT what we received. As the seller, FOGDOG is responsible for sending us this outdated piece of junk. We spent over two months trying to get “permission” to return this item for a full refund or receive a discount. For over two months we have been tossed between FOGDOG, Amazon and SOLE (the manufacturer). We believe this was a fraudulent deception on the part of FOGDOG. We would NEVER even consider using FOGDOG again. Amazon did not cover the erroneous actions of this seller (apparently their contract with FOGDOG doesn’t cover fraudulent deceptions). We now have to dispose of this unwanted item and get a treadmill that we can use. Our advice: DON’T TRUST FOGDOG. Our experience revealed FOGDOG to be an disreputable company."

Don't buy from Fog Dog

"I canceled my order on Amazon minutes after making it, not sure if I missed the shipping cost but it was way too much. Fogdog replied they could not refund because the order is being processed, but the arrival time is August 20 to August 30 and today is August 09....it is an excuse for a sale, they know the shipping will be too much to return....scam company....do not order from FOGFOG."

Avoid at all cost! The absolute worst customer service.!

"I attempted to purchase a fishing rod case from them and they have not shipped the item yet and have had 6 days to do so , I have requested they cancel the order and refund my money but they claim they can NOT cancel the order, since I made the purchase thu PayPal on eBay I attempted to contact eBay they state they can not intervene, called my financial institution to stop the payment and get my money back.
Fogdog claims that their warehouse works quickly and efficiently but they are anything but quick and efficient, if they put the same effort into shipping as they do answering email and defending garbage policies they would be soooo much better off!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Scammers!

"Placed order on Sept. 10 and after about 20 minutes canceled because it was an option from them only to receive email next morning say they would not cancel and I would have to pay to send it back which has not been shipped and not scheduled to be delivered until the 18th-24th. Sent another email and once again refused to refund money and cancel. Contacted Paypal and also Ebay and Ebay told them to cancel and to no avail. As of now out of almost $170.00 and am ****. Paypal will probably refund my money back to my account because I am protected through them but still would like people to know what ripoff and scammers they are. Wish I had read their reviews before ordering. So once more unless you are ready to be scammed beware of this place!"

Terrible customer service response

"Ordered an exercise bike thru the Sears-K-Mart marketplace shopping program. Within the first day of ordering the product I realized I had made a mistake by ordering the wrong model. According to the marketplace guarantees I could cancel my order up to one day before promised shipping date from FOGDOG.COM. Well I not only sent e-mails and talked to customer service reps at FOGDOG but also the SEARS-K-MART marketplace only hours after ordering the product to cancel and have only had a response from K-MART in an e-mail that case was under review and a f/u e-mail saying case closed with no details.of course my card charge for item was deducted from my B-Account which is only info I have and of course only thing they were "efficient" at. Now am receiving no updates or communication at all from FOGDOG or K-MART-SEARS and will never do business with any of these people again! hope all consumers heed the warning to never do business with FOGDOG.COM as a third party seller 'ANYWHERE' !!!!!!!"

Bad, unreliable, no live person to talk to

"So excited about ordering an Auburn shirt for an event. So mad when my package arrived and it is an Iowa University shirt! Impossible to reach a live person or even find a number to call. I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping on such a careless mistake. "

"Terrible company to do business with!!!!
My first order was placed on DECEMBER 4,2013 (thru Amazon ) and was cancelled on DECEMBER 17,2013 .
I sent an email thru Amazon on December 17th to fog dog . They replied with a 10% off offer for future purchase.
Placed the same order with fog dog on 12/21/2013 when the item was in stock.
Received an E-mail that it was out of stock and the order would be cancelled AGAIN if they didn't have it in 30 days.
Since this was (originally ) a Christmas present , I called and canceled the order on 1/13/2014 and was told I would get a confirmed E-mail. That never happened.
I called again on 1/16/2014 and was given a "ticket number" and was instructed to call the supervisor with any future problems. THEN I get an E-mail saying my order shipped on 1/17. ?!!
Yes it did.....I was charged full price (no discount as promised) AND they DID NOT send the item I ordered....they sent the closest thing they had.
I called AGAIN on 1/23/2014 asked to speak with a supervisor . I was on hold for 35 minutes (checked my cell phone record ).
I finally explained all the problems and was given a partial credit.
I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!!!

"Just mirroring what everyone else has said. I wish I read the reviews first. They had built-in credibility for me because I found them through Shop Runner, which I've used with credible sites like newegg and toysrus, so I just figured they were of the same calibre and didn't research like I should have. I chose them over toysrus, which had the same product for the same price, just because I wouldn't have had to pay tax... yeesh. For that 8.5 percent savings, my son doesn't have his birthday gift and I have to scramble. It was GUARANTEED to arrive today. Today I get an email saying it hasn't even shipped. "We're having trouble locating the stock". Huh? That's particularly odd, because the day after ordering I noticed that I wasn't able to cancel my order because "stock has been located and is ready to ship" and it again reconfirmed it would be here on the 21st (today) since I paid or 2-day service. What a joke. No wonder they have such a pathetic score here."

"Awful, awful, awful. Do not buy from them. Their customer service is horrible and they will give you the run around. I ordered an elliptical from them from Amazon and had to cancel my order. I contact 3 days before the estimated shipped date but they stated they couldn't stop the order because it was "processing". I contact 3 more times telling them not to ship only wake up this morning with a "your item has been shipped" email. So I contacted them again, and they said to contact Amazon b/c there is nothing they can do. Then I contacted Amazon and they were very helpful and contacted the seller but the seller still wouldn't stop the shipment and said that I have to call and stop it. But here's the kicker, they emailed me fraudulent shipping info which they admitted to Amazon. So now I'm waiting for them to email me the correct info...let's see if they can manage to do it before the item arrives."

"I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed my order. The item I purchased was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a young child. It was "supposed" to ship between Dec 19th - 21st which meant that I would have a good chance of having the item for Christmas. I knew it might be late, but if it was in transit, I had something to tell my little niece. Instead, I am still waiting for it to ship. Sent Fogdog an email and was told it was being "processed in our fulfillment center". I don't know how long it takes to process a basketball, but I don't think it involves a team of rocket scientists. The only reason I went with Fogdog was because nobody else had this item and I thought since I was going through Amazon, they could be trusted. I was WRONG!!!!!!! They took my money fast enough, tho. Never, ever will use Fogdog again and will NEVER shop in a Sports Authority store again, either. I guess I'll have to explain something to my 7 yr old niece. Thanks Fogdog for NOTHING!"
