"Placed an order and called at 9am the next day to request that the order goes out early due to my wife being at work and having to leave her job at 5pm. I called several times during the day and the manager of the store by the name of Laura that I spoke to all day, told me the driver came and left once again do to my order not being prepared yet( mind you it was 1pm at this moment). Worse experience I’ve ever had, my wife got to enjoy a very expensive fruit basket in her car due to the driver getting there at 4:56pm. Never again so much for a nice experience. Spoke to corporate office they said manger said they won’t even refund my delivery charge because her driver made the dead line by 4min. Really bad experience came from this store.

"- Bouquet never delivered
- Customer support number they have listed online tells you to go back online and then hangs up
- Emailed customer service, support ticket was created saying that I will get a response in 24 hours, never happened.
- Had to dispute charges with my credit card company
- Avoid this company if you can, there are plenty of reputable companies out there

"This company is TERRIBLE & that's putting it nicely. I ordered flowers on 9/14/15 for next day delivery. We'll my flower arrangement never made it to my mother in law house. Customer service sucks here. I called them on 9/16/15 @ 8am & boy did I get the runaround. I was given three 1-800 numbers & each time it was BS. Finally at 4:50pm, I was told "your order was delivered on 9/15/15 @ 12pm"... LIES. No package, no confirmation, & no product. I guess they were tired of me calling, so they told me anything. I was charged for a product that never came. Don't worry customer service doesn't offer refunds or discounts for the inconvenience. Purchase at your own risk. They have been reported to "The BBB" 13 times, I wish this info would have popped up before I order anything. Good Luck!"

"FRAUDULENT CHARGE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I placed an order with them on 6/13/15 of which they charged me for that order on 6/13 the order was to be sent on 6/14.

I have had two emailed promises from the customer service representative, Annette Williams, that my order was delayed and would be sent on 7/23 and after I stated that the order wasn't sent she quoted me 8/4 as the new (third) delivery date. I will gladly provide the email correspondences. The order has never been sent and I have not received a response to my last two emails requesting a refund. On 08/21/2015, I got off the phone with customer service (the third phone call ) to attempt to request a refund. To be determined if I actually receive a refund.....

"Didn't deliver by mother's day. I called my mother the day after and she said she hadn't seen anything. I follow up with florists customer support and they said the flowers weren't delivered because the local florist couldn't handle the request. Thanks for telling me AFTER the fact! Never using again."

"I agree with the other reviews....... Customer service does not exist with this company.

Would NOT recommend you order edible arrangements from them. They left mine outside the door in hot weather!!! Unforgivable.....it was my anniversary present but we did not get to enjoy it because the fruit was hot and the chocolate melted.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered an arrangement as a birthday gift, it was supposed to be delivered on the 24th and it still hasn't been delivered. I tried calling the company multiple times, left two voice mails for someone to call me back, emailed them, and I still have not heard back from anyone. I really think this company is a SCAM! ...Sooo frustrating

"Ordered Valentine flowers with this company on Feb 9th. Scheduled delivery for 2/12 to ensure plenty of time for a back-up plan if they did not arrive. 2/12 - no flowers. Emailed them expecting a refund. 2/13, get an email offering partial refund and promises to deliver on 2/14. Against my better judgment, I agree. 2/14 comes and no flowers. Was promised on 2/16 a full refund, but shortly thereafter I get an email saying the flowers did arrive. Considering the fact I was here all day and no flowers came, I can testify that they absolutely did NOT show up. So now I have no flowers, no refund and a very upset wife! Please do not end up like me - use someone else or go to your local florist."

"Cancelled my order without warning!

This is a very unreliable company. They cancelled my order when I asked them to confirm the delivery date, as they had sent a very misleading email saying the order was being prepared for delivery (a week early). They then refused to re-process the order at the price I purchased and insisted I repurchase the flowers at the new price (3x the price of my original order)!! This is all after holding for 75+ minutes, TWICE, to reach a customer rep (the first time a rep picked up after 75 min, put me on hold and after a minute it kicked me back to the wait queue!). Also tried email support, which never responded back. Do not trust this company with your delivery. Save your time and effort and go with a more reputable florist or go local!
