"This is the place! The staff are all friendly and helpful and they were fast. I had 280gig of info on a 500 gig dying drive and File Recoup transferred all of it onto a second drive of mine... nothing was lost. They keep you constantly updated on the progress they're making via email and the cost was at least 1/2 less than I've seen anywhere else. I was so impressed I brought in another dead drive that I had laying around for years. After a day, they told me that this one was dead (multiple problems with the armature and the disks) and short of sending it to a hard drive forensics lab just to find out what was on it (for a minimum of $750-$1,000), I decided to put it back to use as a door stop. The great thing is that they didn't charge me a cent for analyzing the 2nd drive."

"I highly recommend the Paris Pass..it saved me so much time and money. Because so many things are free, we ended up doing way more than we would have otherwise..Paris is a very expensive city, so this made it much more economical. A lot of people don't like it because the Eiffel tower is not included, but honestly the view from the Eiffel is nowhere near as good as the one from Montparnasse which is included..trust me I did both. The hop on hop off bus is a complete must, and with the pass you can buy a second day for only 10 euro..definitely do it, as there are 2 routes, the classic and the sacre couer (Moulin Rouge) and they are both totally worth doing. When I was there, the line up for the Louvre was close to 3 hours, with the pass I was inside in less than 5 minutes because of the front of the line access..the same thing happened at the Orsay, and really who wants to spend time in line ups on vacation???? The pass also includes the metro pass which saves so much money..ours was good for the whole 4 days, and because it's a 24 hour period, we actually got 5 days out of it. If you have an ipad, download the Paris metro app...it's free and was a total lifesaver for us as it doesn't require wi fi...it made navigating Paris super easy and quick. Plan your days, but don't be too rigid..we just kind of hopped on and off the bus where we felt like it!!! The Seine River cruise is included in the pass..we did it at sunset and it was phenomenal!!! Have a great time..Paris is a beautiful city!!

"I learnt the hard way! I used to always back up my priceless photos, videos and other documents on a regular basis to my PC and an external backup drive for security in case the worst would happen!
I got complacent! I thought that my Samsung Galaxy S5 was 'bullet proof' in an Otterbox case and nothing could ever happen to my valuable data. I knew that cheap micro SD cards might be a false economy, so when I got my phone, I purchased Samsung 32gb card. I thought the likelihood of encapsulating a Samsung card in Samsung phone inide a top notch case - nothing could ever go wrong! I never dreamt that one moment I'd be looking at the beautiful photos of my daughter and 5 minutes later, everything had vanished from my backup storage card on my phone! I was totally distraught!!
Up until this problem happened, whenever I connected my phone to my pc, I could see both my phone's internal storage and my external SD Card storage. Now, it could only recognise the internal storage. Using a card reader proved equal fruitless, the SD Card was unreadable, which mean that I couldn't use the special photo Recovery software package on my computer! I did not know what to do! I thought I'd lost the lot for ever!
Then my son who works in IT told me that there are some companies who specialise in data retrieval when nothing else works! I trawled the net and the first company I came across was yourselves! Then a business friend recommended yourselves although he'd not personally used your services!
Aaron Brown explained everything to me. He assured me that here was a high probably that the data could be recovered. If logical (software) interrogation failed then mechanical interrogation would be used to recover the data. The latter process being far more expensive! I hoped the latter process would not be necessary!
So I sent my precious card to him at your HQ in Wales. And within 2 days of receipt of my data card, was told that over 98% of the data had been successfully recovered!! Truly"
