"Plant - or I should say ONE sprout(strawberry) arrived in a box filled with dirt. Sprout was half dead on delivery. NO protection was given to the sprout during shipment, hence the paltry item I received. Reached out for "their replacement guarantee" - No response as to a replacement. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They over-charge for very young plants and don't stand behind their warrantee! AVOID, AND they screen their reviews on their site!"

"I ordered a Pygmy Date Palm from them for $200 (-20% discount) and received a pretty weak (small) tree. I contacted them and they completely resolved the issue.

Another tree I ordered from them - a large Pindo palm was pretty big and doing very well.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with them.

"Bought a dozen "Thuja Green Giant" trees May 2021. The Fast Growing Trees web site represents that these trees are "drought tolerant", heat tolerant, and "Regular watering schedule for the first six months. Once established, rainwater should be sufficient" among various other statements about how great and hearty these trees are. It also states that after established they will grow "3-5 feet a year". I have found all of these statements to be false. Our arborist said, "Oh yeah, I've heard bad things about that company" and after looking at our trees said "these are clearly inferior genetic stock". When contacted the company didn't even offer a discount to replace their weak and misrepresented trees. The customer service agent AnaBella even told me that they shouldn't be watered and rain water should be sufficient. In the middle of a drought. In Texas. Really?? Watering trees kills them?? The stupidest excuse I've ever heard for selling a sub standard product and misrepresenting it with false language. All 12 of these trees died despite our best arborist efforts, but my other 23 trees I've planted over the years are just fine and thriving. More than a year wasted on this poor excuse for a company trying to get their poor quality trees to grow. No I see SO many bad reviews and complaints here and ever where else I've looked. I wish I would have looked here before wasting my money on this company's crappy product and crappier customer service. They told me they won't do anything so I won't hold my breath. Just going to warn as many people as I can to stay away from this poor excuse for a company."

"in 2018 I purchased a number of fruit trees from this store. In four years nothing grew, bloomed and never produced a fruit or berries. A plant that was marked as plum cocktail tree, grew in a big tree by now maybe nine or ten feet tall, but never bloomed or fruited. I took the pictures of the tree and emailed them to the store asking for identification. Tye never responded. It just looks like a crab tree. The worst nursery store I ever encountered. "I ordered a weeping tree from this company and it was my first time. I was skeptical buying trees online but decided to give it a try. My weeping tree arrived with a broken branch. And it seems to be an old tree as well. I followed all the planting instructions and planted the tree. It has been almost two weeks days and the tree is dying in the backyard. I paid so much money for this tree and am so sad and disappointed. "

I have placed an order, since then I have made several phone calls due to issues.

1- The weeping cherry tree was received the main branch was cracked. When reported they shipped another one. However, it had the same issue, main branch was cracked. I did report it as well over the phone and informed them with the main reason. The shipping box is narrow and the weeping cherry is wide. It will always shipped cracked unless they fix the shipping box and packing.

2- The other tree is Celestial shadow is dying. I did call followed the tips which was all done from the start. I was given email to provide the photos, only to receive Auto-Reply saying that the email is “notification only it, can not receive email”.

I ordered a replacement in March which was delivered in April. I received an empty box. Ordered a third time. Arrived with a dead main branch. Ordered a fourth time. The tree is totally dead. I will be demanding a full refund, not another gift card to use at a company I cannot trust. "

"I received two trees that were dying well within the first year and sent in pictures as I had purchased the 1 year warranty. I was encouraged to give them more time hoping they would "come back". They did not and then I was informed that the 1 year warranty had passed when I next contacted them. Absolutely awful customer service. I was a repeat customer prior to this bad experience."

"Bought the tree, once it arrived it was severely bent in the middle. It was obvious that incompetent planting resulted in the tree contorting itself ttoreach more sunlight. After trying to straighten the tree, it is still slightly bent with its trunk crooked. The tree is ugly and obviously will be removed next spring with a tree from a real nursery."
