"Please, DO NOT ORDER from these folks. The bottom line is… they apparently sent out a diseased tree to me, would not replace it, suggested I buy insurance at additional cost, and if it died, they would give me a voucher if I proved it was dead. It took over 3 months to try to resolve and 6 emails with pictures for their conclusion above, each time I emailed them SHOWING the disease. This is NOT A GOOD COMPANY to deal with."
"For a 6-7 foot tree looks almost dead after 6 weeks in ground. Came with about 10 leaves on tree. Not what was expected for cost.Top looked like it was chopped off with dull knife, tree wasn't even in burlap when I opened box."
"My local nursery was selling sycamore trees in 15 gal containers for $69.99. I decided to order one from Fast Growing Shade Trees for $129 thinking I was getting a much larger tree. When the tree arrived I got a twig with a few leaves in
a one gallon container. What a scam, would never order from them again. I left a negative review on their website and they deleted it. You will not find any negative reviews on their site."

"I ordered 4 plants, 2 orange 1 mango and a key lime. The mango tree looks health but is tiny , the two orange trees were ok but once again small , and the worst part was this pathetic excuse for a lime tree!!!!! What a waste of money. It literally is a twig with about 8 leaves on it for $79. I definitely got scammed and would recommend everyone stay away from fast growing trees .com"
"I ordered 10 items on May 11th and received my trees on June 1st. The lavender I ordered were not shipped, and I was notified of this on May 23rd. The Korean Lilac, black bamboo and Meyer lemon were the only items that looked like they would regain their vitality quickly. The Little Miss Figgy is still droopy with many leaves with brown edges. It looks terrible. The coffee plant looks in good shape, but is smaller than a 3 gallon. It looks like a smaller plant was placed in a bigger pot to meet the 3 gallon size. The guava tree has brown ares on the leaves, but after a week has perked up. The Cold hardy avocado was ordered 4-5 ft so we could have fruit this year, it had 7 fruit bulbs which were found loose in the box it was transported in; so we will have no fruit this year. The Hass avocado still has droopy leaves, but otherwise looks healthy. Overall I am disappointed in the quality of the trees, I purchased larger versions so that I could enjoy them while shuttered at home. Instead I am anxious about their ability to survive. "
"The people that I worked with to find out olive tree were spot on! They helped me find the specific tree we were looking for. They told me what kind of dirt to get, how to use a root excelerator and even suggested using fruit spikes since our tree was fruit bearing. Our tree arrived a day early and was in great shape. I would highly recommend this company! "
"When they shipped my order, I received email. I started tracking order, it was showing delivery within two days, but I received after 4 days. I have planted same day. Let see how it goes. Up to now both plants are healthy."

"My lilac tree was delivered after Memorial day and due to the long weekend holiday, the condition of the tree was not good when it finally arrived. I did not want to go through replacement or ordering a new one because I was tired of delayed delivery and this tree already suffered enough.
So I planted the tree anyway to see if it would survive and guess what! FastGrowingTree sent me another lilac tree even if I told them not to! I really do appreciate for them going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Hope this tree does well. Thank you so much!"
